been over today to buy my sons new away shirt...the shop looks superb...but a couple of observations

i think they should have left the ticket office how it was....the new tills and where it is situated makes it all every slow and i bet on match days the Que will be winding around the shop.

some of the staff in the shop don't seem to have a clue...when i wanted help they walked off and i couldn't find anybody to assist...loads to do printing but non on the shop floor, i then found out they were all behind the tills ...but there was more staff than tills and half the tills were not being used.

early days but hopefully they will sort it :-)

Not at all! the que was fast because of the more checkout bits and then you could go straight to the TO bit and was a straight line. The only thing I thought was stupid is the printing bit which didnt look like you qued and just push in lol

yeah the merch tills were in the same area and it did look like we had pushed in....i would hate to see it on a matchday with a massive cue !

time will tell im sure we will get some updates on here :-)

I'd say a lot of them will new staff and be training, hence the number behind the tills. Probably should have hired them earlier, but the shop wasn't ready. I am guessing, but I would have thought once they are all trained up they'll be a lot more efficient.

there was a solid 7/10 in the shop when I got my forest tickets, certainly the recruitment process has improved

there was an 8/10 (shout for even an 8.5) working at the real madrid game.

There was a long queue through the shop to the entrance when I got my tickets, there's was only four people dealing with the ticket queue and it took over 30 minutes to be served.

I think they should have left the ticket office where it was. The shop seems to be filled with more sweets now. I've only been in once, Real Madrid fixture, (and it might have been because the ground was full that game) but the que's were massive and I didn't know where the ticket office was until asking someone.

picking up tickets for the game tomorrow, do i still go to the little van thing outside or will i get them from the ticket office?

Not sure if it was just the Real Madrid game, as that's the only time I've been in the shop so far, but is the tunnel replica still in the corner of the shop and if so does anyone know what it's for?

My guess was either a photo opportunity with new shirts for extra £ or an entrance for fans at half time?

If you booked online, then outside.

I asked this a couple of weeks back. Apparently the tunnel leads to the family stand and they open the doors up at half time so that people can visit the shop (pretty good idea to boost sales). They have some brick shithouse bouncers on match days at the end of the tunnel to check tickets for people to re-enter the family stand.

there hopeful of trying to set up 8 windows facing outside so that you just queue outside and not in the shop on matchday.....

I had to stand in line for 30 mins to get my printing done before the Madrid game. I wouldnt have minded but I found it odd as I was there 3 and half hours before kick off.
