is it just me or was rooney a disgrace on the field getting sent off in an important game that in the end england was lucky to get a draw from.

anyone think he needs to be dropped now for a while or do you think he should continue being a thug. or for all the conspiracy theorist did he intentionally get sent of to make his dad and uncle a lot of money (allegedly) lol.

Wont surprise me if people start using the arrest of his dad as a excuse for his actions and those anti capello brigade will probably say the manager shouldnt have played him.

The Media will use Capello has an escape goat once again.

What’s an escape goat ?

Is it a primitive form of getaway vehicle used by Montenegrin rustlers ?

:D;)

Yeah let's drop our only (almost) world class player.

the team has gone backwards under Postman Pat. No one cares about England anymore. Only an English manager restore the pride in the badge

Wayne Rooney isn't bother that he's going to miss a match..... And he F***in should be!!!

you know him personally do you? im sure if he doesnt care about playing for england then he'd have asked not to have been picked for tonights game, since yano, his dad was arrested yesterday?

also are we sure that the montenegro guy didnt get snipered? sure looked that way from the replay.

I don't like Rooney's attitude to be honest. Yes, he is a good player, but, he frustrates me when he does things like kick out at people. And the media seem to think he is the best player ever.. 'If Rooney doesn't play at the European Championships, England have no chance'. Well, we put him on the top stage of the World Cup and he didn't do anything.

Rooney has always been a low life thug as is his family . I remember his spoiled little boy act at the end of our world cup match slagging off the supporters just because they had the temerity to point out to him and the rest of the team that they had let down their country with an all time low piss poor performance . I think we have to remember he plays for the most arrogant up their own arse's club in the world and it is bound to rub off on him . Fvck him the baldy beady eyed scouse twat , drop him even when he can play again .

Why would an england manager restore pride in the badge? You either have pride or you dont. Besides I've never bought in to this 'they don't care about playing for england' line, the fact is they just arent very good.

It's the same old story with the national side. They are not good enough, simple as, but they'll pay their mates in the press to whip up anti-manager sentiment amongst the gullible English public so the merrygoround ijust goes on and on.

What are the odds that Wayne Rooney would get sent off tonight? I'll just check with his father . . .

Oh dear, Wayne Rooney's been sent off. He's let down his team, his fans, his family . . . oh, maybe not.

Rooney world class? :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh:

He clearly doesn't want to play for England so let him have a summer off.

We'll be out of the tournament before his suspension ends anyway.

From the team that failed to qualify?

From the team that failed to qualify?

As we would have done if Croatia and Russia were in our group this time around.

The greedy parasitic FA are already setting up TWO lucrative friendlies over next month's playoff weekend.

Despite the fact the players don't give a flying one about playing in either of them, and would rather be at their clubs, the brain-dead fcukwits who flock to Wembley will no doubt ensure two more sell-out crowds.

I'm glad there's no City players caught up in this gigantic fraud.

What annoys me about this is every national tournament we lack chemistry up front I was hoping this season with Wellbeck, Rooney and Young all playing for an in form Man United team we might see some decent football with England going forward. Now with Rooneys suspension we are going to have to start the tournament with 1 team based around Rooney not playing and another when Rooney is back then if we get past the group stages we lack experience as a team compared to teams playing their best 11 from the start which we’ve all seen this season is important. Hopefully Capello will get the preparation right but if we are going to see England win a national tournament we would need a decent bit of luck and good fortune and already we are looking at set back.

Looking at the group results it's easy to spot who the favourites will be - Spain, Netherlands (even with Jeffrey Bruma! :o ), Germany and Italy.

Even if Rooney had been available, fit and on form, England would have struggled to get past the quarter-final stage. Without him, we're likely to go out at the first hurdle.

The team have shown in the last two games they don't want to play for Capello, and he's just counting the days (and the money in his bank account) until his contract ends. He doesn't give a damn about the fans - the managerial equivalent of Carlos Tevez.
