All proper boys we supporting it......although this place is probably wrong target audience with it being a lib dem website and all that, still nice to know leicester lads leading the way in something. I think it could pretty easily, and have had this flash through my mind numourous times. All it would take would be David Beckham's daughter for example, being so good, and popular that they change the rules and football becomes unisex. I think it would have to be 20-30-40 years time though.

How about just lifting the restrictions so that, if good enough, they could play in the National League System. Then surely if any woman could cope with the demands of the professional game, and hopefully without having to deal with prejudice (although the fact that this thread exists means this is sadly a dream), she would rise to that level. Surely it's the only way to find out.
