Balderdash

Why would O'Neill be offered £35,000 when Sven was probably on double that.

I don't know that Sven was on double that amount, I just like pretending I know things.

O'neill will not be coming was held in talks until 8 last night and was offered a 35 k a week contract but said he wont be coming to Leicester as hes done all he can here.

i held talks with my partner last night about the sex i wasnt going to get

Lee Clark should get the job he will defo get us up, very much in the MON mould

Lee Clark has been trying to get Huddersfield Town out of League One since December 2008 - hardly a glittering CV for someone looking to take over from Sven.

odds are down to 5/1. but it still doesnt mean they have not had contact. This could already be wrapped up for all we know or maybe not lol if the latter were in the Shit ole

I wanna go home.

You'll hear some interesting audio, recorded today, with Lee Clarke on The Boot Room, sounds keen to me. You be the judge. 104.9fm 6pm #lcfc

You know nothing, in fact, less than nothing.lf you knew you knew nothing, that'd be something, but you don't.

Sven was on £1million a year deal APPARANTLY which works out to roughly 20k a week so I wouldn't rule it out.

Let's face it, it'll be some con man like Steve McLaren or someone like Iain Dowie who hasn't got a clue.

O'Neill is the only person I'd want, and it wont be him, so I don't want anyone.

Really wish everyone would stop posting bullshit and pretending they are in the know. Saying O'Neill won't come is so easy because it was never that likely in the first place.

It's like me saying I know Barack Obama won't be the next Prime Minister because I was chatting to his wife the other day and she told me he said he wasn't up for it.

Agreed, no other name sticks out that I could imagine taking us up, that's not to say they couldn't. I'd personally pay Martin more than Sven and make our ambitions clearly known. Tell him we want European football and that he will be backed with the finances, also that we will upgrade the stadium etc. when we make it.

BASICALLY promise him the world.

Sing

"Martin O'Neill,

the job, the job is waiting"

To the tune of Danny Boy.

This will convince him.

With some violins in the background, led by some red haired maiden?

Might help?

Stringer also often says it's a throw in when in fact it's a goal kick or corner...

I'd forget Stringer and The Leicester Mercury. I've heard both talk about signing a possible player which was a rumour I started on Football Rumours myself. So, they both get their information from this website.

No frikkin news then, anyone think this may be a long drawn out boring affair?

I hope not, its all ready frustrating me, wish O'Neil would just come out and make a statement.
