Although Pearson can not officially work with the players, or anything.... im sure things are still being done behind the scenes.. He will have a decent knowledge on some of our players anyway having already played us and that will help when it comes to identifying any players he would like to bring in to fit the style he wants to play... I would expect a loan signing or two fairly soon after he signs on the dotted line...
