The game was playing on until Rooney got in Foy's ear and told him that it should be a red. Suspect. You're telling me that Kompany was in control of that challenge? Interesting that nobody else thinks it was a red. I thought it was a red as soon as I saw it, although I never thought Foy would give it, with it being so early in the game and the surface wet.

Nani didn't even flinch. Some people will say red some, others will say great challenge

Hence why he took the ball, controlled it, and then passed it on without barely touching Nani. Look at the reply, Foy wasn't even going to whistle until Rooney runs up screaming at him to show a red. Which he then proceeds to do.

United couldn't even get out of their own box until Rooney score their lucky counter attack, the red then happens about a minute later. Like all big games, red cards ruin them.
