purpleronnie Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Well done Rooney man of the match for getting kompany sent off. Wish he wasn't an England player I'm pretty sure rooney would win man of the match if he didn't even play. Pretty sure its in every commentators contract that they cant say anything negative about the lad. He can do no wrong.
lcfcadam Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Although as soon as I posted that it all got a bit nervy for United !
MC Prussian Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Kolarov and Pantilimon almost put it in towards the end...
foxfanazer Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 What an Unbeleivable game of football. Man city deserved a draw after playing like that with 10 men. Man u not convincing enough for me
Guest ttfn Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 I'm pretty sure rooney would win man of the match if he didn't even play. Pretty sure its in every commentators contract that they cant say anything negative about the lad. He can do no wrong. He scored 2 of United's 3 goals today. I'd say that makes him a pretty strong contender.
James18 Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Chris Foy did his best to ruin the game, but it still turned out great. The worst thing about all this is Foy will walk away without question. Referee's should be fined for having such poor games like he did today.
Libertine Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 City are great. Can be well proud of that second half performance. What a game. Loved it when Pantilmon won that header at the end, would have been great.

Yojoe36 Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Good game. But the ref killed most of it. Typical Man United game

Finnegan Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 at all the people who gave up on this one, I'd ****ing love City to equalise now! I kept watching and I stand by everything I said.
foxfanazer Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 He scored 2 of United's 3 goals today. I'd say that makes him a pretty strong contender. Not always about who scored the goals. Aguero did so much work with no support and his team down to 10 men. Just hate to see players immitate a card to a ref
Northants Fox 3 Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 I wonder if the next game will be as good as that one
Number 6 Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Questions were asked about whether City had that spirit of champions. I think we saw it there today. Could have crumbled at HT but fought back magnificently.
Yojoe36 Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 I wonder if the next game will be as good as that one Of course it will. Nugent will get hat-trick, and Rooney will get sent off
lcfcadam Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 I kept watching and I stand by everything I said. I'm not saying you weren't completely right, because you were. However I always think it's worth persevering with a game (as you did) and for once it actually was worth it...

However I always think it's worth persevering with a game (as you did) and for once it actually was worth it... Eh not exactly. It wasn't really a thrilling finale, I thought City's goals flattered them a little bit.
Northants Fox 3 Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Of course it will. Nugent will get hat-trick, and Rooney will get sent off I was refering to Sunderland v peterboro, but i like your style Are the commentry team whispering????
Karljohn Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Commentary has been good on Peterboro v Sunderland so far, 2 mins in and we cant hear anything but the crowd. If only we could shut Alan Young up too.
HEGGSY Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Commentary has been good on Peterboro v Sunderland so far, 2 mins in and we cant hear anything but the crowd. If only we could shut Alan Young up too. I thought exactly the same great commentary team on ITV's part

EnderbyFox Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 The silence is probably more insightful than Andy Townsend anyway
lcfcadam Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Eh not exactly. It wasn't really a thrilling finale, I thought City's goals flattered them a little bit. Meh, perhaps. I enjoyed it anyway. Shame city didn't equalise. Loving the commentary on the Peterborough game...
Webbo Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 What's happened to the commentary in the Peterboro game?
