Happy Fox Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 Poor Bradford PA they got absolutely annihilated by AFC Totton
Leicester_Loyal Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 When is the draw for the 3rd round? And what 'crowd trouble' happened at the Hinckley match?
The Doctor Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 When is the draw for the 3rd round? And what 'crowd trouble' happened at the Hinckley match? We've got the second round draw first, the second round isn't 'till end o'November, start of December. Don't get ahead of yourself.

FoxesAreBlue Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 Was at the Hinckley match, was a bit of trouble after our second goal. I'm not a fan of violence at football but was very pleased to see one lad who saw his chance to "give it large" get a whack, shame he soon jumped over the advertising boards onto the pitch into safety - I hope the little **** got arrested. Violence aside - I have to say the atmosphere was fantastic thoughout and was nice to actually talk with and mix with away fans for once. The minutes silence was just that - silence (well apart from the rosy bitch in the kiosk yelling "NEXT PLEASE!" but at least the fans didn't retaliate - unlike at leicester
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 Second Round matches are to be played 3-4 December, so the Third Round draw will be teatime on 4th December, no doubt.

Was he around 6 foot? Looked about 15-16, brownish hair?
Leicester_Loyal Posted 12 November 2011 Posted 12 November 2011 How many fans do Hinckley usually get? How good are the games? Never been non league matches but might consider going.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Might of been my mate, told me he got pushed over a railing. Was he around 6 foot? Looked about 15-16, brownish hair? A couple went over the railing - there is one one who fits ur description - with glasses? Video on YouTube shows him 1/2 jumping 1/2 being pushed over the railing, again acting quite big with the protection of the guard with him
FoxesAreBlue Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 How many fans do Hinckley usually get? How good are the games? Never been non league matches but might consider going. Usually a couple of hundred - I only go every now n then cos ive got a season tkt at city but my brother is the reserve keeper who came on when dan got sent off - so go to watch him if he's on the bench or in big games
davieG Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Kyle Patterson's stoppage time header secured Tamworth a replay against 10-man Hinckley United in a pulsating 2-2 draw. Four goals in the last 12 minutes made for a frenetic finish with Andre Gray opening the scoring for the Conference North hosts, who had earlier seen keeper Dan Haystead sent off for kicking out at Patterson. Iyseden Christie equalised from the spot after Charlie Raglan's trip on 83 minutes. However, Lloyd Kerry's audacious 87th minute chip re-established the Knitters' slender lead. But there was time for Patterson to break Hinckley's hearts, knocking in Paul Green's long ball in the dying seconds to spare the Blue Square Bet Premier side. Tamworth's Francino Francis and Patrick Kanyuka both missed the target from two Danny Thomas corners as The Lambs applied early pressure. Hinckley responded well with Sam Belcher thumping a right-footed 20-yard effort against the upright on 28 minutes. Hopes of an upset took a blow in the 40th minute as goalkeeper Haystead received his marching orders. Referee Richard West proceeded to award Tamworth a disputed penalty, but after lengthy discussions with his assistant referee controversially retracted his decision. Christie, who would have taken the penalty, saw his towering header bounce back off the bar on 57 minutes before the late drama. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/12112011/63/hinckley-utd-v-tamworth-12-november.html
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Looking forward to the TV game, Halifax are a decent team, and are well supported. Could be a shock maybe?!
Narborough_fox Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Wasn't my mate. Seemed like right tuwat whoever it was.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Gateshead v Hinckley Utd/Tamworth Two tricky, but winnable away ties for Hinckley to get into the third round draw.
MC Prussian Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Why Gateshead aren't further up the league system, I'll never know. They've got a superb team, a pretty decent stadium and should be challenging for promotion for League Two. For some odd reason, I've got a soft spot for them.
Lamby Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Charlton 4-0 up. And thats how to win a potential banana skin game
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 13 November 2011 Posted 13 November 2011 Not many draws made that I'd call outstanding, but it will soon be round 3! No doubt we'll get the usual poor draw though.

Premier league clubs visiting lower league sheds, basically what the FA cup is all about. Good choice. So glad they've left our game alone.
