We know that we be £6 million for Maynard, and we're rumoured to have offered rangers £8million for Jelavic. The owners are rumoured to be able to rival man city in their collective fortunes. They ripped up the pitch in 3 days last year and put a new one down at a cost of £100k, and they have totally renovated the training ground ( £1 million ). These guys mean serious business. Most importantly none of it is loans against the club, it's all their cash.

Pearson was shunted out the door at Leicester and spent a year and a half rebuilding Hull which reputedly has a rich chairman who has not spent a great deal considering his supposed wealth, maybe that is why he is rich Leicester under a new regime take our old manager back, at cost but Pearson wanted to come back because even with the fact he need's to rebuild we look a better bet for him. Pearson know's the money available at Hull and now Leicester and he chose to start again at Leicester. It is understandable you do not want to lose your better player's, especially since you do not know who will be bringing in new player's, if it is Barmby that would be a huge risk. Problem is, in this division anyone is for sale at the right price and if you have talented player's and they get a strop on or have a clever agent and are patient they can become a liability in the dressing room and on the pitch. Still, it is alway's fun arguing on message board's about thing's we have no control over
