cairnsy Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 I never actually 'got' the I'm on a horse post, but it made me laugh none the less. Could someone explain!? Haydos made a remake of the advert about the deodrant "old spice" - watch it and then you will understand
LcFc_Smiv Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 I'd highly doubt to see any business done between the two clubs, Allam feels let down by Pearson and blames him as much as Leicester. They have no real need to sell their players, I recon we'll be priced out at every attempt until it reaches something ridiculous.
Brenfox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Some of our fans come across terribly in this thread just like the Maynard thread.
stourbridgefox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Back when the takeover was first done I believe the Leicester Mercury quoted King Power being worth £4 billion. I also believed Vishai Raksriaksorn was the owner of the company, rather than the CEO. The CEO of King Power until recently was Susan Wheelan I believe, who is now CEO of Leicester City. Vishai Raksriaksorn built up King Power from a shop at Bangkok Airport in the early 90s to a multi-billion pound company by receiving a monopoly on duty free sales in Thailand from his good friend, the then Prime Minister of Thailand, Thaksin Shiniwatra. (<< maybe suspect spelling) Even though Shiniwatra is no longer in power in Thailand and is disgraced there, King Power remain on good terms with the new Thai government and still have the monopoly. But...don't take the above as gospel as it is only based on facts and figures as I remember reading them. I believe it won't be far wrong though. (Before anyone criticises the link with Shiniwatra, I think its important to point out that he is only disgraced in Thailand as he was removed from power by a military coup. He was a democratically elected leader and it is not in the interests of his usurpers to allow him to be presented in a favourable light.)
foxfanazer Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Why are we even debating with a "hull fan" (that spends more time on our clubs forum than his own) about whose owners are the richest? Who cares, they aren't going to make play-offs, but with the right signings we can certainly make a push. We should be comparing ourselves with the teams that are going to be right up there come the end of the season
bluearmyfox23 Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 So strovolos how much are your owners worth? And does this remind u of the brizzle fans ?!
Mission Unlikely Promotion Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 FootballAgent12 Bill Schweinder #lcfc have made a second approach for #hcfc winger Cameron Stewart i hope this one comes off, good player
wellyfox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 So strovolos how much are your owners worth? And does this remind u of the brizzle fans ?! Yeah just like the Leicester fans over Maynard. We sound pathetic and none of us have a clue how much our owners are worth. And if they are backed or not. As I said in the summer nxt it will be my dad's bigger than your's n so on. Really is time to GROW UP. We gonna look so fvcking stupid when our guys say enough is enough.
bald reynard Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 I'm sure it's on here somewhere, but I can't find it - is Stewart a left or right sided player ? If he's a left winger / midfielder, that would fit in with our other reported bid, for Kebe (courtesy of Bert) - who is an out-and-out right winger.

If he's a left winger / midfielder, that would fit in with our other reported bid, for Kebe (courtesy of Bert) - who is an out-and-out right winger. I'd say they both can play on either side

Someone's got there b0ll0cks in a twist it's just a bit of banter mate, hull fans are only on the forum to wind us up because they are sour over Pearson..
wellyfox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Someone's got there b0ll0cks in a twist it's just a bit of banter mate, hull fans are only on the forum to wind us up because they are sour over Pearson.. Thanks so glad you explained that to me would never have got that. My bollocs in a twist unlike some I am not wound up by comments from Hull fans. Ignore them and they will fvck off. And like i said grow up(we got more money than you)
Callabinho Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 If you want to know how much our owners have to invest into our club, then pay no attention to their worth, all you need to know is they invest what they deem necessary. Our spending throughout 2011 has probably exceeded £20 mil...
Kitchandro Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Yeah just like the Leicester fans over Maynard. We sound pathetic and none of us have a clue how much our owners are worth. If people come on here trying to look clever they shall be put in their place.
HEGGSY Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 @radiohumberside hcafc reject 2nd cameron stewart bid from lcfc 8:14pm
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Cant see them accepting anything from us.
Happy Fox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 It was expected they were going to reject this second bid, we can only hope Stewart wants a transfer request.
NewburyFox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 We're not going to get anywhere with this unless Stewart demands to be able to talk to us.
Jace Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Chuck in a few pieces of cod as part of the deal Hull won't be able to resist
dpjfox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 if hull get Sharp they will ned cash, then they accept Stewart bid
Tielemans63 Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 It's all down to how much CS wants to join us. Unless he puts in a transfer request I really think that Hull wouldn't do business with us - our only chance us if their hand is forced.
