Poakey Posted 12 January 2012 Posted 12 January 2012 I reckon Mills is going. In my opinion. What makes you think that?
FallenAngel Posted 12 January 2012 Posted 12 January 2012 I reckon Mills is going. In my opinion. What?? Have a word with yourself, why would he be going?? I very much doubt the owners are gonna pay over the odds for him and then agree to sell after such a short time, he may like collecting cards but he has been a good buy for the most part.
Corky Posted 12 January 2012 Posted 12 January 2012 I was offering an alternative view based on nothing but assumption and wanting to be different. Chill out man.

wellyfox Posted 12 January 2012 Posted 12 January 2012 Maybe Tunch is injured again? Either that or NP had expected to have brought in a new CB by now? We can't sign and use any players for the tree's match and thats the reason jewell is giving for it being off. As we don't know the ins and outs it's hard to say, but it does look as though one of them has had to swallow their pride. Something
davieG Posted 13 January 2012 Posted 13 January 2012 The Republic of Ireland defender was due to sign for Ipswich this week after a fee was agreed between the two clubs. But Clegg discovered that the move was off just 12 hours before St Ledger was set to make his debut against Birmingham City. The chief executive said: “I am bitterly disappointed. We expected Sean to be in the team for the Birmingham game but I got a call on Wednesday morning saying it was off.” Clegg hoped the deal could be rekindled but Leicester revealed that St Ledger would be in the Foxes squad for their match against Barnsley tomorrow. As expected, the Foxes claimed that St Ledger was needed due to John Pantsil and Sol Bamba going to the African Cup of Nations while Bulgarian international Aleksandar Tunchev has only just made a full return to action following a two-year absence through injury. But the problems surrounding all three defenders was known prior to a fee being agreed for St Ledger, who had voiced concerns about the future of under-pressure Paul Jewell, according to the Town manager himself. Speaking yesterday, Leicester assistant manager Craig Shakespeare said: “(Ipswich manager) Paul Jewell had registered an interest in Sean but I don’t now how near he was to joining them but with him being a defender we have to cover ourselves here. “Whether the situation will change in a week, two weeks before the deadline finishes, then who knows?” Suggesting that St Ledger might now be back in favour at the King Power Stadium, Shakespeare added: “The club’s interests go before anything else and he is contracted to this football club and he has shown a great attitude in training.”

Fox92 Posted 13 January 2012 Posted 13 January 2012 Bit of info for u, Bamba's back from Africa, whether he'll play on sat I'm not sure Where you get that from?
dimmerchant Posted 13 January 2012 Posted 13 January 2012 Bit of info for u, Bamba's back from Africa, whether he'll play on sat I'm not sure Ian Stringer @StringerSport CloseSol Bamba has started for Ivory Coast in a friendly against Tunisia this afternoon (currently 2-0 up but Tiote sent off)
Burmesefox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Bit of info for u, Bamba's back from Africa, whether he'll play on sat I'm not sure He played for Ivory Coast last night so doubt it unless he left straight after the game by private jat.
Tielemans63 Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Bit of info for u, Bamba's back from Africa, whether he'll play on sat I'm not sure That was a false rumour from the main thread. Someone (forget who) lives in the same complex as Sol and saw his car being driven around, put 2 and 2 together and made 5.
cuddly ken Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 SSL still to go out on loan despite last nights performance & hard work in training! What's going on?
DanTheFox07 Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 SSL still to go out on loan despite last nights performance & hard work in training! What's going on? is that you assuming? or saying you have a source he will?
Wherethefoxhat? Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 SSL still to go out on loan despite last nights performance & hard work in training! What's going on? Thats contrary to what Pearson said last night !
jonlcfc1990 Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 I think he's worked his way back in and fair play he's had to handle a lot with his reputation of a "bad boy" unlike some others cvnts like Joey Barton he's not let the Ipswich move bring him down he's arrived at training every time put a shift in and got himself in a 4-0 winning team and TBH his forward passing Yday was far better than Mills IMO they contrast well together Mills is always looking for a Killer ball when he could distribute it to the MID but SSL does that well he linked up with Danns and Wellens every time

If that's true then surely that's got to be in a Harold Shipman kind of way...
thybluefox Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 Would much prefer him to stay, Tunch has looked half the player people thought he was, and just wasn't on the same wave length as Mills against Barnsley. SSL came in, slotted in pretty much perfectly and was as good as the 5 million pound man (and in some areas, better).
sphericalfox Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Le Bump. Anybody want to change their minds?
Leicfox Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 I don't think it's Leicester who want rid, It's Ledge who wants 1st team football. He won't be guaranteed it here. He will go imo.
louie0316 Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 keep the boy 2 clean sheets and i think mills looks more composed with him next to him
