MikeyT Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Football_Agent9 Football Agent Leicester look to offload Sean St. Ledger to Leeds, as Simon Grayson tries to sort out his defensive problems once and for all. #lufc
MikeyT Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Football_Agent9 Football Agent I believe Ipswich agreed a fee for St. Ledger, but the player would prefer a move to Leeds over Ipswich.

Happy Fox Posted 8 January 2012 Author Posted 8 January 2012 Hopefully we can rip off Leeds, I want Howson in exchange please.
Adster Posted 8 January 2012 Posted 8 January 2012 Hopefully we can rip off Leeds, I want Howson in exchange please. We are not to get a player in exchange from the club we sell St Ledger too.
cuddly ken Posted 9 January 2012 Posted 9 January 2012 Think Pearsons man management over all this is poor. All the player did is stand up for himself at not being happy at being left out. I'd rather have a player who wants to play than one just willing to sit back and take the money. Can't help thinking that we never got to see the best of SSL as he was never given a run of games. The fact that he plays well at international level and that there are so many clubs including one from Serie A in for him shows that he must be a good player. It's not as if the other CB at the club are outstanding either. Sol deserves to play top man but the orhers? I doubt it.

I'm sure he's had issues before as well at previous clubs, if i remember correctly.

Exactly, we have no idea what was said so I'll base my opinion that NP on the whole is seen as mans man with good man management skills and it's publicised on a tv show what sort of bellend SSL can be. In all fairness to SSL he would rather play and he deffo improved So id rather have him stay than go. But no one is bigger than the club everyone should be pulling together as one
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 9 January 2012 Posted 9 January 2012 Why any club wants him when it is clear he is trouble is strange, but hope he goes soon. Do well to get back most of what we paid for him.

Its all rumour, but didnt St Ledger get caught out slagging Pearson off? He was saying NFP could go fu*k himself, then NFP walked in . Im not usually one for such rumours, but something about that makes me giggle. You can imagine the flames in Pearsons eyes haha.

He did it in front of Top who agreed with Pearson's decision, in fact it sounded like a joint one.

Thats an intresting choice of words and makes it clear that you have picked a side without really knowing what has actually been said, as Mikey rightly pointed out...

MikeyT Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 Ipswich agree fee - http://news.bbc.co.u...l/16486451.stm? Bye bye Sean.
MrFox781 Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 Most likely Ipswich it was on SSN. Goodbye Sean. Twat.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 wonder how much we're getting for the ****
Guest shearfox Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 Did Bamba go to the ACN, if so we must sign a defender on loan.
Tielemans63 Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 St Todger reckons he's got a few options, not just Ipswich.
accessory Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 Jewell's on SSN, joking about the deal. Apparently the last two managers to sign SSL have been sacked soon afterwards, and SSL was worried that Jewell would make it a hat-trick, given Ipswich's recent poor form.
Guest Col city fan Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 Sounds like he's off to Ipswich and good fookin riddance I say. We do not need any more players who don't want to play for the club and who don't want to work with the manager. He may have his own reasons... Who gives a shite? I'm a fan of Leicester City Football Club, not SSL
Head Honcho Posted 10 January 2012 Posted 10 January 2012 I look forward to him scoring against us in April.

That should tell you all you need to know about the players' ability.
