Tielemans63 Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 Jacob Laurson Amazing just how slow a man can be. That was a sight to behold!
dpjfox Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 glen hoddle, for us Matt Elliott and Nicky Cross was always a favourite of mine
Webbo Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 Without going for the obvious candidates I can remember Crouch and Vassell ripping us to shreds against Villa once and I saw Warren Barton totally dominate a game from right back when we played Wimbledon in the premier league.
Donut Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 I remember Ruud Van Nistelrooy scoring a stunning hat trick in a 4-1 win at the walkers a few seasons back, each goal was clinically finished and one was a stunning volley Dennis Bergkamp gave arguably the best individual performance ive ever seen in the 3-3 draw
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 Zola always played well against us and Van Nistelrooy after his hat trick in 2003.
Brown Fox Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 Alonso was genuinely incredible for Real. Didn't even try and ran the game.
My only Leicester! Posted 29 January 2012 Posted 29 January 2012 I was gonna say van nisteleooy too. Always seemed to score against us
mhs123 Posted 30 January 2012 Author Posted 30 January 2012 Stan collymore for forest, and that chicken dance celebration.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 1 February 2012 Posted 1 February 2012 Dennis Bergkamp, hat trick in the 3-3 game at filbert street. thread closed and for us Stan Colyemore
Cecchini1976 Posted 3 February 2012 Posted 3 February 2012 So quality names on this thread, But a lot of the players mentioned have never really set filbert street/KP alight. For Me lived watching Tommy Wrigh & against us, got to be a toss up between bergkamp or van nistelroy, both unbelievable hat tricks for different reasons, also Daglish had a few good games
Captain... Posted 3 February 2012 Posted 3 February 2012 I remember one game against Liverpool boxing day I think, Steve McManaman just ripped us to shreds he was unplayable.
OLD norfox Posted 3 February 2012 Posted 3 February 2012 Cant decide but Peter Shilton or Keith Weller
easilee Posted 3 February 2012 Posted 3 February 2012 Steve Walsh. Helluva player. His football was o.k. too I s'pose.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 4 February 2012 Posted 4 February 2012 Best performance must be Xabi Alonso. Great player.
