Kasper 7 - Kicking a little wayward but a great save in the first half

Pelts 7.5 - Solid

Mills 7 - When he has no options he hoofs and it looks shit. When he has an option he can pick a pass. Needed to be more physical. He's 6ft 3 so should be able to handle that side of things

St Ledger 6 - Wes Morgan would not have been bullied like that

Konchesky 8 - Great game. So glad we signed him

Gally 4 - Clearly not fit

Wellens 3 - All the good work he's done in the last 3 games he completely undone tonight

Danns 6 - Struggled alongside Wellens, looked better when Drinkwater came on

Dyer 5 - He just cannot cross

Nugent 7 - Effort 100% and scored. Need no more from him

Beckford 9 - MOTM. Best performance in a Leicester shirt against a decent defence

SUBS

Fonzy 8 - Looks excellent. Pace, skill and flair

Drinkwater 8 - Doesnt waste it (apart from the free kick unfortunately). Like Yuki Abe but with more physicallity

Howard 10 - Run Forest RUN!!

Pearson 8 - Recognised where the changes were needed and made them in plenty of time

Ref -10 - What the hell was that all about?? Completely ridiculous decisions in every facet of the game. Goalkicks when there should have been corners, free kick for elbows but no red card. Just terrible. Words cannot describe it.

Kasper 6 - one great save but that's it.

Pelts 6 - nothing bad, but nothing spectacular.

Konch 6 - See Pelts.

Mills 7 - defended well.

SSL 6 - didn't look as good as he has been, gave away a needless foul which lead to their 2nd.

Gally 4 - very poor.

Dyer 5 - awful end product, no ideas, tries running through people, too predictable.

Wellens 6 - one glorious pass that got dyer in, a decent assist too.

Danns 6 - fought for everything, very busy.

Nugent 7 - a goal and looked dangerous when He turned his men.

Beckford 8 - with a bit more luck he'd have had a hat-trick. How some of his efforts didn't go in I don't know but he got what he deserved in the end.

Drinkwater 6 - gave away the ball which Lead to their free kick otherwise he looks quality.

Delf 6 - nice to see someone with a bit if everything when we're going forward. Could be a great asset.

Howard 5 - a presence but nothing more.

Kasper - I thought he was maybe a tiny bit out of position on the free kick...

Pelts 7

Mills 5 - Stop hoofing it like a fvcking cvnt

St Ledger 4- Crap game IMO

Konchesky 7

Gally 2- naaahhh

Danns 5/6

Dyer 4- Don't ever try to cross a ball again

Nugent 8

Beckford 9 - Gimme more gimme more gimme more

Nathan.D - 7/8

Surprised by the 7s for Mills. Thought he was very poor tonight, it's not just his distribution, it's his positioning. He runs 20 yards out of defence to make headers he really doesn't need to make and then just heads the ball back to Middlesbrough allowing them a big gap behind him to get in behind. It's almost as if he wants to show off his ability in the air at times. Needs to play it a lot more simply.

Schmeichel 6 - Some decent saves tonight, but not all that

Peltier 7 - Consistent performance, thought he played well

Mills 5 - Awful, passing was rubbish and his body language looked naff again

St Ledger 6 - Better than Mills, but made some slight mistakes

Konchesky 7 - Same as Peltier, defended and attacked solidly

Gallagher 4 - Terrible, a poor free kick for once and in and around the field again he was poor

Wellens 3 - Just fook off you shite tit, learn to pass a flaming ball

Danns 5 - Mixed emotions tonight, did some stuff well but also made some bad mistakes

Dyer 4 - Poor, can run all he likes he did absolutely nothing

Nugent 8 - Got another goal, quiet for parts but his determination and energy was first class

Beckford 9 - Absolutely fantastic performance, very pleased for him

Subs

Drinkwater 7 - His rubbish pass led to the free kick, but apart from that decent

Delfouneso 7 - Looked absolute quality in my view, some very dangerous runs

Watched via that dodgy Thai TV link

Kasper - 7 - Solid again, blameless for the goals. Great half assist on the Beckford effort that hit the bar.

Peltier - 7 - Supported the attack well, consistent, like a modern Simon Grayson.

Konchesky - 7 - Good showing but needs to cut out the silly bookings.

Mills - 6 - Looked a bit uncomfortable at times.

St Ledger - 7 - Most improved player under Pearson, solid again.

Wellens - 5 - He's not fit and I'm starting to think not able at this level.

Danns - 5 - Quiet game, off the pace I thought.

Gally - 5 - Not fit either, really struggled to get in the game.

Dyer - 5 - Starting to show the form that made Sven play without wingers

Nugent - 7 - Led from the front & deserved his goal.

Beckford - 8 - MOTM - Was unlucky 3 times before the goal and Boro shit themselves every time he got the ball.

SUBS

Fonz - 7 - Would like to see him through the middle because he looked lively when he came on

Drinkwater - 7 - Start him over Gallagher every time.

Howard - 6 - Steeeeeeeeeeeve

Kasper - 7

Peltier - 7

Konchesky - 6

Mills - 6

St Ledger - 7- solid again, made few mistakes but normally made up for them

Wellens - 6 - Played alright, looked abit poor after there late tackle!

Danns - 6- Was alright

Gally - 3 - Why does he still make the starting 11? He never commits and as for his set pieces, they were dreadful! Couldn't even beat the first man, why cant Konchesky take the free

kicks and Danns take corners?

Dyer - 5

Nugent - 7 - Led from the front & deserved his goal.

Beckford - 8 - MOTM - Was unlucky to not get a hat trick tonight

Subs:

Delf - 7 I wish he took on them with his pace but that would of probably ended up as a late tackle by them and the ref being a cvnt and ignoring it

Howard - 6 - did a decent header at the end, shame Beckford was unlucky

Drinkwater - 8 - I love this guy! He keeps the ball, gets stuck in, makes runs and makes crisp passes, start him next game please!

Kasper 6 (One decent save and recovered enough to deflect a speculative cross which almost beat him on the far post but I'm not at all sure about the wall he organised for their second).

Peltier 6 (Didn't commit himself enough to make a mark on the game).

Mills 6 (Some solid defending didn't hide his woeful and unnecessarily ambitious distribution which just presented the ball back to the opposition).

St Leger 5.75 (Mixed bag really but rarely convincing).

Gallagher 3 (Awful - and that includes his dead ball kicks for which there was no excuse. One reasonable effort on goal but otherwise disappointing).

Danns 5 (Busy but too ponderous and oo easily caught in possession. Shot wide from a good close-range chance and might almost set a goal up for Beckford with a delicate chip over the visiting defence).

Wellens 4 (Back to his frustrating worst with careless, misplaced passes and to often a touch or more too many. Second to the ball too often along with many others).

Dyer 4 (Took up some promising positions but didn't make the best of them).

Nugent 7 (Another goal through being in the right place but overshadowed today by his partner).

Beckford 9 (Point-saving equaliser plundered through sheer determination and optimism. Might easily have scored four from chances which required the most subtle skills to even create. Forced a brilliant save from one, volleyed over from another and his the crossbar from a third. Worried Middlesbrough whenever he caught sight of goal).

Sub:

Fonz 6 (Huffed and puffed).

Drinkwater 6. (Lost a mark for virtually giving away their second goal with his mishit back pass but increased our tempo with his pass-and-move approach and was forever making himself available to receive the ball. Pity he was employed so far back but clearly a hard-working and capable footballer who demands the ball).

Kasper 6 - Unsure of wall organisation or maybe even his positioning for their second?

Peltier 6

Mills 5

St Ledger 6

Konchesky 6

Gallagher 4

Wellens 4

Danns 6

Dyer 5

Nugent 6

Beckford 9 - most pleasing thing for me was the fact that most of his chances came from his own hard work. Almost unstoppable when he plays like he did tonight. I just wish some of his more spectacular efforts had gone in. Nontheless, excellent finish for his goal and nice to see him complete 90 minutes for the first time for us tonight.

After PAPing tonight and just seeing the goals on SSN its the 1st think I thought, should never of been beaten by that freekick!

Kasper 7 - One great save, some ropey distribution

Pelts 7 - Pretty good most of the time

Konch 8 - Tackling all over the place

Mills 7 - Fairly solid but some shit passes (again)

St Ledger 6 - Looked a bit too short against Middlesborough's tall frontmen

Dyer 6 - A little bit sloppy but always tries

Gallagher 4 - Did nothing

Wellens 5 - Off the pace most of the time

Danns 6 - Effort as usual but made mistakes

Nugent 8 - Always works his socks off, good going forward, well taken goal

Beckford 9 - On fire.

The Fonz 7 - Showed some promise going forward.

Drinkwater 8 - Made one clanger but otherwise very strong on the ball

Kasper 7 - One great save, some ropey distribution

Are you taking the piss!?!?

The amount of chances we created directly from him(that goes for the whole season too!) is incredible from a keeper, put beckford though from a goal kick and set up nudgents flick on that lead to beckford hitting the bar just to name a couple! he had ONE kick yes ONE kick from a back pass that went out of play and you say ropey distribution!?

Fvcking clueless!

Don't know what you expect!? He's our goalkeeper and he's the most creative and switched on player!

And as for the free kick! Get real people, I know he's been amazing this season but he's not fvcking superman! Don't know what some people expect!!!

Posted

kasper 7 - did what he could, solid. could do little about the goals

pelts 6 - average

mills 6 - average

ledger 6 - average

konchesky 7 - very good player in this league now hes settled

Gallagher 4 - hes in the side for his technical ability, he was as technical as a poo bag unfortunately

Danns 6.5 - busy, worked his socks off but didnt offer any real quality. not a bad performance though

wellens 5 - apart from an assist and one good ball he got bossed rather than doing the bossing

dyer 5 - we already know he cant cross well but his runs wernt quite as effective as they often are, he huffed and puffed just wasnt his day

Nugent 7 - 20 goals a seasons or there abouts, very consistant, very good player

beckford 6-9 - 6 for first half when he wasnt sharp and didnt run quite so much. 9 for his second half motm performance, he really is something special when he gets going. didnt think id be saying this after the first half of the season but could be a pivitol player for us if he keeps up the new him.

delf - 6.5 - very lively, perhaps not enough time to do something special

drink 7 - really looks a quality player, big things to come for this man. shame about the freekick he cost us that led to the goal but it happens and it was unlucky for us.

howard 6 - was effective enough when he came on, but i think hes only going to be use when we really crowd out that box not for any longer than a last push though, love you though big steve!

Possibly the first time I've flat out agreed with you. Especially glad to see your honest praise of Beckford.

We were actually watching the same match for once, Tony. :appl:

Well it was an exciting enough game with the way the goals were scored but mostly through an inept referee but he was surely matched by some seriously inept performances through out the team, there was a serious lack of quality and apart from Beckford (8) and Nugent (6) I wouldn't give anyone else more than a 5 but many just a 4.
