We were talking in the kop about what a flat atmosphere it was. We attributed it the the cold and it was a mid season game. Improved slightly last 10 with all the scarf waving, just need some noise to go along with it!

I'd go in the family stand before i ever step foot back in the kop.

It's a bit lame, I certainly won't be doing it any time soon. Having said that if it gets more people actually supporting the team vocally around the ground and creates a better atmosphere then i'm not going to knock anyone doing it.

Hopefully it leads on to other songs and gets people joining in with those as well. Rather than repeating it over and over and over until it dies a death.

When Boro scored their second any neutrals watching would have been forgiven for thinking it was us who just scored. Certainly beats heckling the players and being negative.

I was thinking this but then thought it's the first time we've done this chant so people might not know it's us :P But i Agree we didn't let the noise stop and it needs to be like that more.

Gotta agree there, whenever we score I always look to start chanting again, but hardly anyone ever does, it was great to see us getting behind the team.

Cringeworthy.

Copying it from all the other clubs who copied it again. At least with the 'Poznan', it was copied quickly. We are about a year too late with this.

I was down in front at L1, and it was both funny and embarassing when Jobber got the rythm going, when it came to the actual words nobody knew what to do lol

It's nice to see the stadium bouncing like that but our stadium is full of ****ing sheep.

And your suggestion for a original song is what ? Only real ****ing sheep bleat about nothing !

Why won't you join in, Babs, it's just a song? Jesus, I really don't get how anyone can be snobbish about ****ing football chants ffs.

I'm 33 years old. I don't dance about like a loon any more, I did that 13 years ago home and away. I'll sing, but ask me to jump about, or stand with my back to goal and bounce around and it aint happening. That's for the kids.

I also felt abit dirty for singing this against Southampton at first, but it's a great laugh and it really gets people going. Long may it continue.

One thing I would say is that this was a midweek game and they usually tend to have more of a buzz as far as atmosphere is concerned IMO.

I agree, I think the poznan is shit and I don't want to jump around with a scarf. But it's ultimately the song that creates the atmosphere and I don't get people refusing to sing it. A chants a chaby really

Alright then. YOU come up with something better and we'll all join in against Cardiff.

I'd join in with the noise no problemo, everyone else can do the dancing about!

When the i love you chant started my son was bouncing around like a loony and i just had to join in , i t was great to actually have a bit of atmosphere and i for one hope it continues . I don't usually take my scarf and only did last night cos it was bloody freezing but from now on it will be the first thing i grab , starting with Brighton on saturday . :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:

When I first heard it at palace away the other season I thought it was awful. It still is.

What next, the Millwall Leicester roar?

I don't care about us being original, but let's at least copy something good.

Sad if you don't sing it because you sit on here asking for chants n shit, but your not willing to sing it and you also moan that were not very loud, hang on it's because you don't sing

So let's sing this song alot more
