pooleyLCFC Posted 6 May 2012 Posted 6 May 2012 Barcelona haven't released anything yet have they? I'm going to there ground in may and wouldn't mind purchasing a shirt then again the shirts will more than likely be £70! Probably just get the shorts and socks. I went at the start of April mate, the club shop is very expensive a shirt with name and number was €99 the shorts were €40 aswell. Then you get the stalls around the ground selling fake shirts for €35 haha

Finnegan Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 Sorry but that Charlton number is woeful and I'll be gutted if we sign up to a big name brand only to have something that dull. I don't subscribe to Kitchensink's philosophy of wanting neon abominations but you can have a shirt that's TOO plain. I thought our sponsorless shirt was done a little poorly, it looked like a training shirt. But that just looks like a fifteen quid bit of club branded leisure wear. Awful. It isn't retro in the slightest it's just cheap and lazy.
HEGGSY Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 Looks like the Man Utd and Barca shirts in the picture Narbs posted, are the real deal then?

Mack Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 The tablecloth Manure shirt is the first in a long line of dual purpose offerings from cubs. With the ever growing complaints from parents that keeping up with the latest kits for their kids is a costly and thankless task, Nike have come up with this new kit that once bought in conjunction with the away kit will make a splendid pair of coffee table covers long after your lad has moved onto the next one. Plans are also afoot for a 3rd kit with scotch guard waterproofing that will double up as a birth rag come placenta carrier in the hope that youngsters will stick it in a drawer for later life.
Webbo Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 I think the Charlton kit is quite nice, it has a retro feel about it.
Fox in the North Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 New Marseille shirt.....considering their past shirts I think its a boring effort.
StanSP Posted 7 May 2012 Author Posted 7 May 2012 Official reveal video for Arsenal. Better than Leeds!
StanSP Posted 7 May 2012 Author Posted 7 May 2012 Could one of our resident kit designers mock up something like this one from Dundee? Maybe black with the turquoise strip going across it?
HEGGSY Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 Here you go Stan. I couldn't find a template with the round neck collar, so apologies for that. Something like this though...I like it.
StanSP Posted 7 May 2012 Author Posted 7 May 2012 Nice one, thanks for that. I like it, too. Nice addition with the faded diagonal stripes as well.
21st Century Fox Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 New Marseille shirt.....considering their past shirts I think its a boring effort. Ergh! It looks like something a leisure centre employee should be wearing.

21st Century Fox Posted 7 May 2012 Posted 7 May 2012 Marseille must have a quota to have at least one awful shirt a season, because that away or 3rd shirt they have this season looks like a corrupt jpeg file.

I don't usually like black but with the turquoise it works. Any chance you could do a similar home version with white instead of the turquoise and a goldy yellow instead of the thin white lines?
