James across the Pond Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 With the loss to Bristol tonight, would you call the promotion push over? Is the FA Cup our main priority now?
ousefox Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 Definitely, but we're playing Chelsea, away, without AVB...
Corky Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 It is, though it'll probably last for another two weeks.
Voll Blau Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 Winning silverware should be the main priority of every club in the world.
purpleronnie Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 With the loss to Bristol tonight, would you call the promotion push over? Is the FA Cup our main priority now? lol lol
dannythefox Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 We only play good football against good teams so I'm still holding on to a Wembley trip!
purpleronnie Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 We only play good football against good teams so I'm still holding on to a Wembley trip! I'll give you 100-1
Kitchandro Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 Is this a fvcking joke? We either pull off a miracle against Chelsea or this season has been an embarrassing failure, end of. Would you like to suggest there's another angle?
NeilyBoy Posted 6 March 2012 Posted 6 March 2012 I'll give you 100-1 Probably a good thing you don't run a bookmakers.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 Is this a fvcking joke? We either pull off a miracle against Chelsea or this season has been an embarrassing failure, end of. Would you like to suggest there's another angle? All teams above us go in to administration and subsequently fold.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 Never ever known a team who let supporters down so much, why cant we win the easier games? Idiots. No doubt the next team we play who hasnt won in how many games will beat us. Will probably be Posh as well.

Spoken like a fan of Arsenal, Chelsea, Wolves, Blackburn, Leeds and I imagine many other clubs.
Ultra Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 They're not in the same league as us when it comes to bottling supposedly easy games.
Kitchandro Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 They're not in the same league as us when it comes to bottling supposedly easy games. Nope. Blackburn? They've been punching above their weight for the last 20 years. Arsenal and Chelsea, despite what you hear from some of their upper class snob kind of fans who don't live in the real world, have actually had it easy over the last 10 years. They don't know what being let down is.
Donut Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 The way i look at it is, not many of our fans would have given a shite about the FA cup at the beginning of the season because the realistic chance of us going anywhere in it was remote. The FA cup has gained importance largely on our failings in the league. This season was ALL about the league, hence the massive outlay on players and bringing in a supposed ''world class'' manager in Sven to work his first full season at the club. The probability of winning the FA cup still remains extremely slim but it remains the only thing left in our season due to the failings in our core target for the season, namely a play-off place at the very least.
Fox92 Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 My head says its over, but remember we still have Birmingham, Hull, West Ham and Reading to play. Also, those teams above us still have to play each other, so technically it's not over until it's over, and all that. But, it is a long shot as well. Can't see us beating Chelsea either.
lestajigs Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 IF we beat reading Saturday were back in with a chance, but that's a massive IF!!
MrSpaM Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 Think we have to go all out to get to the semi finals of the cup now, it dosnt matter that the next cup game is against Chelsea, if we play well theres every chance of us getting a result
Pride_Of_The_Midlands Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 Have you guys been to the new Wembley yet?
LCFC FOX Posted 7 March 2012 Posted 7 March 2012 Have you guys been to the new Wembley yet? I haven't and will only go if Leicester get there
