aimeepip Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 i travel from near norwich for every home game which is a 6 hour round trip and try to make as many away games as possible... i left at around 7ish this morning and the queue was already half way around the stadium by the time i got there. anyway, woohoo for next sunday! :scarf:
Basingstoke Fox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 For all those lucky enough to get a ticket, you'd better make one hell of a racket!
leicesterseddon Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 So wait a minute...the rumour that 'we might be getting more' comes down to one person's mate, and a post from LCFC Official that we can request more (which we knew already but isn't the same as actually getting more). Chelsea are obviously going to sell out for an FA Cup quarter-final, no matter what the opposition. And I'd be surprised the Met wanted us to take any more than the 15% we're entitled to.
Ashley Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 tha away ends holds 6831 so they might give us more tickets We took 6000 to Chelsea last time and there was No segregation what so ever...
LCFC BEAST Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 We took 6000 to Chelsea last time and there was No segregation what so ever... We're high risk now, they're gonna need it!
Leicesterpool Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 I've heard a rumour that an extra 200 tickets could go on sale either tomorrow or Tuesday. Anyway bought my ticket on Friday, come on city!
vandamman Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Why is everyone moaning about not living close?! Just buy them online or over the phone. I don't live near the ground but bought mine over the phone, it was easy!
acooling08 Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 The away end holds almost 7'000, so I don't see why we wouldn't get more. But I guess Chelsea barely need the money from fan tickets.
lestajigs Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 I've heard a rumour that an extra 200 tickets could go on sale either tomorrow or Tuesday. Anyway bought my ticket on Friday, come on city! Where would they possibly put an extra 2000 away fans???, my forest mate reckons they took 7000 the other year that would the max not 8k

Bluefoxtim Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 If it was only an extra 200, why on earth would that not be part of the initial allocation? Struggle to see that they would give an extra option for such a small number, especially considering all the added logistics involved.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 This football club is a ****ing joke. First of all the online doesn't work one bit, so loads of people couldn't buy on there, then they don't answer the phones. After all of that, they don't even ask buyers for ref numbers, 3 of my mates bought tickets and they don't even have STs. What a way to shit on your own fans, pissed off, fuming, been every home game and almost every away, and now can't go to one of the big games, support them through thick and thin, pay to see the dross and now this...PISSED OFF!!
NiftyFox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 I'm sure there will be touts selling outside the stadium but for triple the price.
ScouseFox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Why is everyone moaning about not living close?! Just buy them online or over the phone. I don't live near the ground but bought mine over the phone, it was easy! I think the moaning is Don't live close -> Go to a few homes and a number of aways -> But no season ticket -> Hence no priority -> Even though you've been to Middlesboro on a Tuesday, Cardiff on a Sunday etc you have no chance of a ticket, and people who haven't been to an away since Chelsea last time get to go. Something like that.
brockmyster Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Priority is a joke really i wont be able to have a season ticket next year, so despite going more away games than some i will have to wait until 2 days later to be able to get mine hardly fair
foxyblue Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 is it the clubs fault that they have 6000+ season ticket holders.if people had used their heads they could have got tickets online after 5 o'clock yesterday for Priority3.i gave it a go and got 2 tickets for me and my son and then the ticket office processed it this morning.just sour grapes by people who think they should get want they want.

If someone has a season ticket and going to a few away matches then it is a guaranteed source of income to the club where as people who just go when they can dont give such guarantees. I'm not slating people that dont have season tickets because i understand not everyone can afford it or they have other commitments but they have to have a system in place otherwise they would piss the people off who are the most vital to the clubs finances

The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 People should've pm'd me at the time I posted on one of the threads. Been able to dort a few people out with tickets since friday

Not sure how that would work though haven't thought that far yet.

"I went to every single home game but that **** went to 1 away game and so gets priority!?"
