MC Prussian Posted 21 July 2014 Posted 21 July 2014 James Rodriguez has arrived in Madrid. With Angel Di Maria, Isco and Khedira allegedly joining Premier League teams (Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City and/or Arsenal, I presume).
Bayfox Posted 21 July 2014 Posted 21 July 2014 Sid lowe has just tweeted that bale, ronaldo and james have cost more than ajax have spent since being formed over 100 years ago. Insane
purpleronnie Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 Frustrating that the best players always seem to go to La Liga.
Guest MattP Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 Frustrating that the best players always seem to go to La Liga. No surprise though, the best players want to play for the biggest clubs in the World. La Liga must actually have 8/9 out of the top 10 there now.
HEGGSY Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 http://www.realmadrid.com/en/news/2014/07/official-announcement-james-rodriguez Confirmed
Guest MattP Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 Pique, Iniesta, Javier, Xavi, Messi, Neymar, Suarez, Bale, Ronaldo, James, Modric, Benzema, Kroos, Pepe and Ramos on the same pitch Like two blokes have just picked dream teams with a unlimited budget.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 The only thing that can now improve that forward line is Ibra. 1
RowlattsFox Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 (edited) It's a shame that the Classico games are ruined by cheating and whining because it would be some game if they all played to their potential. Edited 22 July 2014 by RowlattsFox
Samilktray Posted 22 July 2014 Posted 22 July 2014 With Real signing Hah-Mez & Barca signing Suarez. It must be impossible to find Barca more likeable now more than ever. 1
MC Prussian Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 FC Basel under new head coach Paulo Sousa have signed Argentine veteran defender Walter Samuel on a one-year deal.
AKCJ Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Barca losing Alexis and replacing him with Suarez has pushed me onto the Madrid side. Always preferred Barca out of the two until now.
Grandad. Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Barca losing Alexis and replacing him with Suarez has pushed me onto the Madrid side. Always preferred Barca out of the two until now. Oh get over it, he bite someone for the third time, he is banned.
Guest MattP Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Barca losing Alexis and replacing him with Suarez has pushed me onto the Madrid side. Always preferred Barca out of the two until now. Exactly the same.
Grandad. Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I never liked Barcelona to begin with, always moaned about Real spending, they are just as bad! I'll always love Suarez but I will always want Real to beat Barcelona.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I see La Liga going back to the two team show, Athletico have struggled to hold on to their best players while Barca and Madrid break transfer records.
ScouseFox Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 yeah real over barca cos they have more likeable players and play more exciting football init
AKCJ Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Oh get over it, he bite someone for the third time, he is banned. Can I not like a player for committing ABH 3 times on a football pitch? Real have signed two of my favourite players in Kroos and Rodriguez.
Grandad. Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Can I not like a player for committing ABH 3 times on a football pitch? Real have signed two of my favourite players in Kroos and Rodriguez. Yeah but to then come out and say, I was Barcelona but now I'm Real Madrid because they have signed Suarez is a bit daft, in my eyes anyway. I am really looking forward to seeing how Ancelotti gets all these working in the same side, does this mean Xabi Alonso will be surplus now?

I am really looking forward to seeing how Ancelotti gets all these working in the same side, does this mean Xabi Alonso will be surplus now? Its more that it's a 4/5 player swing. Barca have lost Sanchez and replaced him with Suarez whereas Madrid have lost Di Maria and have replaced him with Kroos and Rodriguez. I can see this: Navas Carvajal Ramos Varane Marcelo Kroos Modric Alonso Rodriguez* Bale-----------------Ronaldo *Rodriguez playing as a false 9.
HEGGSY Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Navas Carvajal. Ramos. Varane. Marcelo Kroos Modric. James Bale Falcao/Benzema. Ronaldo That's what I can see, personally.
