Lamby Posted 13 March 2012 Posted 13 March 2012 He said that your fans forced Yann Kermorgant out of the club for that miss, even though it was Waghorn who missed the decisive one. Some of the fans promised a mass exodus from the club if Yann put on a blue shirt again. You signed him after an hour while he was on trial and both Nigel and Sven loved him, but Sven had to get rid of him due to the fans. Also got a pic of me with him

Guesty Posted 13 March 2012 Posted 13 March 2012 Nigel can't of loved him that much. He hardly ever played him.
darko2k7 Posted 13 March 2012 Posted 13 March 2012 I think even CP know's the hate towards Kermo as nothing to do with if his penalty wasn't the decisive one, it was all about the stupid way he choose to take it in such a MASSIVE game .
Finnegan Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 They might have loved him, he might be a really nice guy, but one goal in twenty games isn't good enough for the Championship. He's gone down to his level.
jonlcfc1990 Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Waghorn took a penalty and missed Kerm tried to outfox a goalkeeper in a play off second leg and rolled the ball at him... At the end of the day that is unforgivable he put the pressure on Waghorn to step up and we would of forgiven Kerm if he'd of put his laces through it! Thats all you ask from a pen taker is that you just smash it ffs, Plus if he really wanted to make it up to us he would of stayed so i doubt we "outed him" we didnt even see him on the pitch after that event

Would have! As for the whole "wanted to make it up to us, would have stayed" argument - do you not think maybe he didn't get a second chance because his place at the club was already untenable and there were plenty of fans that weren't going to be willing to give him a second chance? Whether he deserved a second chance for his return that first season is debatable, but a lot of fans weren't going to afford him that anyway.
AyewJoking Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 ****s sake, do you really think the manager would get rid just because the fans dont like him? If that were the case, most of our players wouldnt last 5 minutes
AyewJoking Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Incidentally, I have a Leicester City Mitre replica league ball with Kermo's autograph on it plus someone else who I cant make out. All offers considered.
Bert Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Do you really think Powell would say anything bad about his current player? Yes Waghorn missed the decisive penalty. Would it have been so decisive if YK hadn't have tried being too clever? Ask any Leicester fan who is blamed for the semi final loss and you will get exactly the same answer.

Nah only joking babe IMO If he really wanted to work and make it up to the fans he would of tried harder to be given a chance instead of sneaking out the back door.

Wayne Brown would certainly be my answer.
Finnegan Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Wayne Brown would certainly be my answer. Did you really just partake in a Chris Powell thread without contributing graphic sexual imagery?

Libertine Dream Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Waghorn did miss the deciding penalty but it forced a great save. Kermit tried to take the piss with his and the allowed the goalkeeper to have a cup of tea and do the fandango before saving it. NP couldnt have rated him as he only started once and Sven signed Michael Ball and Michael Johnson so its not saying a great deal, is it?
