Daggers Posted 24 March 2012 Share Posted 24 March 2012 Rap doesn't count because that's all it appears to consist of. They talk about themselves, how good they are on Mike (which pleases me hearing so many men proud of their homosexuality), dissin hoes (gardening is good) along with popping caps...and which boy doesn't love the sound and smell of caps. But mainly they talk about themselves in a way that you did poetry when you were 6.

Stay Positive Posted 24 March 2012 Share Posted 24 March 2012 I made a compilation CD not so long ago of tracks where the title of the song was the name of another artist and nothing else. There were some top tunes on it. From what I remember there was (all with artist first) : The Replacements - Alex Chilton Charlotte Hatherley - Kim Wilde Family Fodder - Debbie Harry The Sweet - AC/DC Art Brut - The Replacements Jetplane Landing - Sam Cooke Black Box Recorder - Andrew Ridgeley (if he counts!) Scissor Sisters - Paul McCartney Talking Heads - RadioHead MGMT - Brian Eno Barenaked Ladies - Brian Wilson I'll post the others if I remember them...
