Flags

Would be good to do one going from L1 and taking it all around finishing at the west stand and going down the entrance where the shirts go down :)

Doubt it will happen but not fussed if it doesn't happen though

We're too high risk for that. Got to think about health and safety.

Really though I bet they wouldn't allow it.

What looks better is loads of medium sized flags being waved, but you're not allowed flag poles.

Is it just our club that doesn't allow flag poles? Because at Chelsea they had them, at Brighton they had thousands of them at the start of the season.

When the ground is two tier, I like flags and banners hanging down. Think that looks good.

The flag poles look mint at Liverpool.

We had one that used to be passed around the Kop iirc. I'm sure it said "Foxes never Quit" or "Keep the Faith".

I can't see why the club just don't give us the Blue home shirt that they have on the pitch to pass over the crowd. Won't exactly get nicked will it.

They allow flagpoles only when they're controlled by the club.

Apparently if the flags are produced by the club, the safety issues evaporate.

I agree. Still don't understand why we have those two shirts on the pitch before kick off anyway.

Doesn't add anything because you can't see them unless you're in a helicopter or aircraft.

Been there, done that, tacky.

How is it tacky? it shows passion from the fans and looks awsome especially in the filbert street days of it going around the Kop. Nothing wrong with it if the flag looks decent anyway.

Definate should get one in L1 bouncing up and down underneath it would be class!

Its weird how we have so much trouble getting flags allowed in, but the OF being one of the most intense derbies in the world are allowed to use them.

What I have noticed is in england if flags are given out or fans buy them for a certain game you only see them once, the fans never seem to return with them, in the states they bring them back every game, I've always wondered why? I guess as most fans sit down over here its pretty pointless bringing a flag in.....guess I've just answered my own question.

Waste of time contacting the club, you'll just end up punching your desk or whatever when they tell you it's a fire risk.

I fvcking hate the way people use safety to get past everything.
