I've always said it's Clough's name that's keeping him at Derby. I never imagine the owner's would sack him, maybe ask him to leave unless he resigned. But you have to look at the ambition of the owners, they are satisfied with a top 10 finish. They are satisfied selling Derby's best player every season (Hulse, Commons etc all left the club and are all good players) and giving Clough nothing to spend. Derby are a big club with good fanbase and a nice ground; midtable every season isn't good enough a club of that size, in my opinion.

This is what I'm on about with lenient referees making a rod for their own back, Diouf's been in his face all night, he should have told him to piss off or get sent off early in the game. Leeds have been using every trick in the book tonight, average team playing Warnock style.

Brown should have been sent off, was on a yellow card and put both his arms round someone to drag them down on the edge of the area. Then goes on to score.
