Warnock saying Kirkland went down like a tonne of bricks. So what he's accusing Kitkland of simulation in order to get their fan sent off? Everything about that club repulses me!

Whilst I think its a bit harsh punishing a whole fan base for 1 clowns actions. Sometimes you need to be a little heavy handed to get your message across to the masses. It seems he was already banned so people are facilitating him attending matches - if they did ban them you would think they'd grass him up next time because they'd know the consequences. Maybe a 3-5 game ban for away fans just to show its not tolerated.

Don't blame Dave Jones for getting annoyed aside from seeing your keeper get punched, he gets those chants every game and it must be hard to deal with. We're not whiter than white either - I've heard them at the King Power before.

Plus where the f**k were the stewards?

We've sung sick chants about Dave Jones before, we've sung plenty of sick chants towards Leeds, Chelsea and Liverpool too!

Glasshouses springs to mind!

Not at all, if I ever heard that stuff I would be the first to condone it

Apart from the attendance/noise that game was a shocking advert for Championship/English football.

Firstly the quality was appalling. I wouldn't be surprised if the two goals were the only efforts on target. Great equalising goal tbf.

Sky need to get over this 'it's a fierce, competitive local derby' bollocks. That does not excuse the terrible football, nor does it excuse some of the disgraceful challenges and off the ball antics. WTF was the referee doing? Absolutely disastrous performance from him. Llera should have gone twice but not before Brown when he scithed someone down at wist height and then faked injury - and incident that sky failed to cover at half time. And Becchio's handball as well, very poor from the officials.

Then we come to the Leeds fan who was obviously bang out of order. The thing that pisses me off is its these cvnts that are to blame for shitty modern football. He is why football fans are second class citizens and he's why I can't stand on a terrace. TBF if they introduced a rule where if that happened you got points deducted I don't think anyone could complain - if you invade the pitch whilst the game is still going on fine, deduct them. If the final whistle has blown and you want to jubilantly invade the pitch that's ok, but there's no excuse for going on whilst the match is still going on, and specifically if there is violence there should be real punishments. Club fines aren't fair, every club has it's share of idiots and 1) its not the club's fault and 2) that's not a deterrent.

Fans aren't going to be so keen on assaulting a goalkeeper though if thousands of their pissed-up fellow fans are going to kick the shit out of them for fvcking up their season.

Then again, surely that guy would have known he would be caught and get done for it, and that didnt deter him. Football will get bad publicity because of this but it's just a product of society I'm afraid.

There was always going to be tension in that game - a local derby with Leeds having several ex-blunts in their side, plus Warnock doing his usual stuff on the touchline. Whoever decreed it was fit for a Friday night deserves their backside kicking. A fair few fans on both sides would have spent several hours getting thoroughly tanked up.

The chants about Istanbul/Turkey were not in the best of taste, but sympathy for the visitors expired as soon as they launched their pro-paedo response. The seat-wrecking and bottle-throwing, never mind the assault on Kirkland, was totally out of order, whatever the provocation might have been.

In the end the draw was probably the best outcome on the night. A late winner for Leeds in those circumstances and Hillsborough might have erupted.

However, some European leagues (Serie A being one) have the power to award games in the event of players being attacked. Maybe it's time the league and the FA considered a similar rule here.

As I said before they do seem to have a higher percentage of morons. But considering the thousands they take across the country week in week out this is the 1st time anything like this has happened.

Leeds fans may be arrogant stuck up twats but atleast they're still passionate about their club and 99.9% of their away game pass without incident.

We've sung plenty of tasteless stuff before mainly at Filbert Street but some at the WS/KPS too!

Oh really? Didn't they kick off big time with Manyoo last season? They've also had a few run-ins with Cardiff and Millwall too.

If you study their history, you'll see they've been involved in bother on a fairly regular basis.

Leeds fans ate scum, there abuse of Jones says that.

As for Kirkland, this is why I watch Latin footy, real men , imagine Chilavert or Ceni taking that.

Why has no-one mentioned the chants from Sheff Weds fans about the Leeds fan that got stabbed? Why is there no-one condemning that? I also didn't hear Dave Jones say anything about that.

It'd be harsh to ban Leeds fan all season from away grounds. That's just an extreme comment from Jones who clearly personally hates Leeds (I know some of you all do as well so are agreeing with him). But why let the minority and actions of a few dickheads spoil it for the rest of the fans that behaved themselves and acted how a fan/supporter would in any game?

Every club has idiots, Leeds some to have more than most but they can't be banned from away games. Fans need to be there chanting about their club and players not about paedophiles and people that have been killed. This lad obviously just wants to make a name for himself

We all have opinions

Opinions are like nipples, everybody has them. Some have firm points, others are barely discernible through layers, and some are displayed at every opportunity regardless of whether the audience has stated "I am interested in your nipples" or not.

I might be hallucinating but I'm currently watching Soccer AM and on the Showboat, I swear I've just seen Stevie Howard on it. Just before Cristano Ronaldo.

Tell me I'm not crazy...

Yet again too slow to come out the blocks , didn't look bothered until the last half hour and a deflected goal in one of Boros only true attempts - disappointed but we didn't really deserve anything.

Well that plus Andy D'urso.
