FoxyPV Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 We virtually dominated Derby until an alien spaceship landed on the pitch which distracted our players. Derby, being the unsporting bastards that they are, took advantage of this freak event and stormed into the penalty area, where an alien tripped him, and the ref gave a penalty for some reason, even though none of our players were any where near him. Our goalie tried to save the penalty but the alien spaceship, which was still in the centre circle, shot him with a freeze laser, stopping him from saving the penalty. This sort of thing happens every week to us. Fixed
Lamby Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 Stop smoking crack,20 mins in & we'd had 70% possession and finished with 16 corners,we should have buried you in the end and we're shit. How can you say that if you wasnt even there?

StanSP Posted 29 December 2012 Posted 29 December 2012 Anybody know the situation on the two yellows for helan? Will the ref get dealt with? Yeah that alien spaceship at the Charlton game will deal with him.
tartanowl Posted 30 December 2012 Posted 30 December 2012 Anybody know the situation on the two yellows for helan? Will the ref get dealt with? A really odd situation. The first one he shouldn't have been booked for IMO but the second was a definite yellow offence. I think the ref must have known because he wrote down his number after the first booking. I really don't see how he couldn't have known. Then the players, Grayson, and members of their coaching staff all told him. We've had some dreadful luck with refereeing decisions this season but we've been fortunate in the Barnsley game and this one recently. To be honest I would take a replay. We should have beaten them on the day anyway and I would be confident of us doing it again. As for Helan he will probably end up with a suspension. A shame really because he has only just started to show some form.
tartanowl Posted 30 December 2012 Posted 30 December 2012 And Lamby, are you having this bet with me? Or are you chicken?
The People's Hero Posted 30 December 2012 Posted 30 December 2012 He doesn't do bets with only one 'event'. Make it an 8 fold accumulator of teams he's never heard of before and he'll chuck a random about like 56p at it.
morris1234 Posted 30 December 2012 Posted 30 December 2012 A little off topic, but did anybody notice at the hull game and in the highlights of their game that ridiculous idea of sponsoring everything that happens. I.E this substitution is sponsored by..... I remember Coventry did it a few seasons ago and although wouldn't announce it as often, on the big screen every throw in and corner was sponsored too? I'd make an effort not to go down if we started doing that
purpleronnie Posted 30 December 2012 Posted 30 December 2012 They do some of that in America too, cringe.
