AKCJ Posted 3 January 2013 Posted 3 January 2013 Schmeichel - 1m De Laet - 1m Morgan - 1m Whitbread - Free Koncheskey - 1m Knockaert - 2.6m? King - Free Drinkwater - 1m Marshall - 1m Nugent - Free Wood - 1.25m Around 9/10m and I think that'd us in the top 6 for total costs. Fans of other clubs, post what your club paid for your players.

I think Blackburn would win outright - £11m for just Rhodes and Leon Best. Anyway, Knockaert's was originally £750k weren't it? The rest is all add-ons? And I thought Morgan was £700k.
ScouseFox Posted 3 January 2013 Posted 3 January 2013 And you could say that so far this season Dyer's more first team than Marshall and he was free wasn't he? You can manipulate things like this quite a lot, and there's the whole "undisclosed" bullshit. And wages that, let's be honest, nobody really knows for sure, to consider.
Lamby Posted 3 January 2013 Posted 3 January 2013 Hamer- £250K(ish) Evina - Free Cort - Free Dervite - Free Solly - Free Wilson - Undisclosed Jackson - Free Stephens - Undisclosed Pritchard - Free Kermorgant - Free Fuller - Free
Super_horns Posted 3 January 2013 Posted 3 January 2013 Its not really relevant though how much each squad cost. Wages are the biggest outlay. I am guessing ours will be paid by the Pozzos. Of the players who we've actually signed (not including the loans and youth players like Hoban/Doyley) Almunia - FREE Hall - FREE Hogg - 250k Eustace 250k Deeney - 750K
ADK Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 I'm just saying that, when i think of "big spending" i think more of how much a team spends on fees + wages over the course of a season, not merely transfer fees. You might also consider having a huge loss as being "big spending" (spending outside your means). In the 2010/2011 season (the latest to have the accounts published afaik) Leicester were second in terms of making a loss (behind QPR) so we would probably deserve that title, having spent alot of money on loans. In march we ought to see the accounts from 2011/2012 which will include the splerge on permenant signings and huge wages under Sven, and i think it will show that we were the club making the biggest loss in that season. The question is how much Pearson is lowering that deficit this year and we won't find that out until march 2014.
BHAFC Braders Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Should have announced the signing of Jose Leonardo Ulloa from Almeria very ,very soon. not sure what to think , seen him play a few times and is decent - just not sure how he'd cope with Championship football. Also apparently agreed a deal for Vitalijs Maksimenko too (22 year old Latvian full back)
stix Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Flaurent Malouda to.... forest. Really? Great signing if true. Bastards!
Guest shearfox Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Flaurent Malouda to.... forest. Lololoolpllollolopl
Ashley Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Really? Great signing if true. Bastards! Rumour but something 'big' is happening at Forest.
Guest shearfox Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Rumour but something 'big' is happening at Forest. We have had it all at Leicester, ends up being an ego with nothing to offer to the team...
EcclesallOwl Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Blackpool fans not happy with their chairman.. http://fansonline.net/blackpool/mb/view.php?id=1318833
Munshi Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 We have had it all at Leicester, ends up being an ego with nothing to offer to the team... Where's our beckham , henry , owen , and the rest? Im still waiting Cmon Sven make it happen , your the best at handling these 'big' players.
stix Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Blackpool fans not happy with their chairman.. http://fansonline.net/blackpool/mb/view.php?id=1318833 Im not suprised to be fair. I think the majority on here would be fuming too. That football club has brought in millions since being promoted. Not a great deal to show for it. and still getting rid of their best assets.

Not a great deal to show for it. and still getting rid of their best assets. The most offensive thing considering the amount of money he's taken out of the club is the fact that he dresses as though he lives outside Primark's bins. Oh, and he's clueless.
stix Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 I'm sure i seen Oyston outside the plant earlier, think he asked me if i had a spare fag. The young lad couldn't have chosen a dumber person to represent the 'fans'
RedHux Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Flaurent Malouda to.... forest. Worst rumour ever.
sdb Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 @sdb Our (Derby) starting line-up and 7 subs tuesday comes to the grand total of £3.5m - obviously thats not gonna be 100% accurate but it won`t be THAT far off Wow. Cheers.
