Ric Flair Posted 30 December 2012 Posted 30 December 2012 Hull looked very good yesterday vs Leeds, but we snuffed them out on Boxing Day and probably should have won. I can't work out if they have what it takes to go up. Their squad is fairly tidy but up front they don't have as much firepower as most. Middlesborough however look very strong and if we want to finish in the top 2 then we're going to need a miracle to catch them and Cardiff.

Mowbray has good history in getting teams promoted, he started the revolution at West Brom and they were a real force the year he took them up. Hull are posing to be an awkward one, mostly I think due to the fact they have adapted very well to the 3-5-2 formation and teams may be struggling to change their styles of play to match them. I genuinely don't think we will get an automatic spot unless we go on a run of winning 8/9 games in a space of 10/11 games.

What also is true is we're f**king abysmal , that was awful last night , Watford showed us up big time and how are we going to create anything when we can't even get a player in the box? Still miffed , missing my first (and probably only) game of the season this Tuesday against Ipswich , felt guilty pre match about it , by full time not so much (If they can't show up why should I?)

Not sure he'd be with us too long when we get the lad signed up. Apart from the sloppy penalty incident we were in control all game and counter attacked really well.
