I would rather know that I am ruled out when I see the ad than go to the house look around, meet the tenants and then not get the room because I am white, or a satanist.

The article doesn't really focus on the rampant age discrimination, smokism or petophobia that is prevalent in flat ads, not to mention the way the exclude poor people by charging rent.
