davieG Posted 14 July 2012 Posted 14 July 2012 OS Leicester City are already bracing themselves for a bumper crowd at next Saturday's open training session, as supporters scramble to get their first glimpse of the Foxes' eagerly-awaited new PUMA home kit. Club staff has been inundated with enquiries ahead of the event at King Power Stadium on Saturday 21 July, where supporters will have their first chance to see Nigel Pearson's new-look squad in action after returning from their summer break. Pearson's players - including new signings Ritchie De Laet, Matty James and Jamie Vardy - will take to the King Power Stadium pitch sporting the brand new design by global sportslifestyle brand PUMA, which will be revealed to fans for the first time that very morning. Leicester City's Head of Consumer Sales, Chris Tinbergen, said: "The response since we announced the open training session has been incredible and next Saturday looks set to be one of the biggest kit launches we have ever done. "Next Saturday will be the first big supporter event ahead of a season that is already generating a huge amount of excitement, as the impressive rate of Season Ticket sales would indicate. I'm sure everybody's looking forward to giving the boys a warm welcome home." Next Saturday will be City fans' first chance to see new signings like Jamie Vardy in action.
