This is the first generation of them that have recieved the Lottery funding for most of their lives.

Maybe if we win enough gold we can replace some of the stuff the last left wing shambles sold off at rock bottom prices.

I'm glad the Lottery sponsored athletes - the fact that John Major signed the paperwork to authorise the spending of lottery funds is hardly heroic.

Gold and left wing politics has sweet nothing to with any of this.

Lastly why an earth would I be in the least bit angry or 'fuming' - secretly or otherwise about British olympians achieving medals?
