STEVIE B Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Had a woman sitting behind me last night who was getting annoyed at our lack of shooting all through the 1st half ( I have a ST in the family stand ). At one point we had just crossed the half way line and she shouts out ' SHOOT ! ' I may keep my seat just for her pearls of wisdom, even though the crossbar obstructs my view !
Guest MattP Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Me and my mates move to a block of seats where no one is as generally 90% of our fans are negative moaning bastards.
Danno Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Sit with my Dad, and behind a really small bloke with a bald head so my view's never blocked. Behind me are a group of people who seem to always think the same as me, quite strange. The most common thing they say is 'Oh Lloydy why's you have to do that?' : Sit a few seats away from some bloke who's always listening to RL with his headphones on, trying to get past him when he's got his back turned to you before a game is a nightmare, oblivious to everything.
LJS Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Directly behind me sits a group of simpletons. There is nothing particularly offensive about them; people are allowed to be thick. They weren't at the Peterborough game so I'm hoping they aren't season ticket holders so I don't have to listen to their idiocy every other week.
Brad_LCFC Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 I've endured nearly 6 seasons of inane commentary from a husband and wife duo who despite attending every game appear to know nothing about football. Their special skill is being able to judge all off side calls even though they're never in line with any of them. Weirdly we've never been offside in 6 seasons according to them. Where abouts are they? I sit near some quite similar:)
fleckneymike Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Where abouts are they? I sit near some quite similar:) Half way line (a tad to the left), half way back, opposite dugouts
CountesthorpeFox Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Right - Moved from HH SK4 to get more central into SK2 HH. On one side of us we have two gentleman, mid 50's? who say nothing, look at us like rubbish when we need them to move i.e. half time, start, toilet etc and stare at us like rubbish when we chant. The other side there is a bunch of kids (14-16 years old) who cant sit still, to the point we actually had to tell them to sit still, they have no interest in the game. Around us no one chants apart from a couple at the back. Really thought we were making good move, but will be requesting to return back to our old seats. People around us in SK4 were jokative, polite, friendly and sympathetic to the odd obscenity which I think in the Kop is not to much to ask to be tolerated. Never until this season did I realise the value in actually enjoying the company of the other ST's who sit around you. Lesson learnt.

Lots of people can't sit still - really I have to stand up, if I stay sat still for more than about 20 minutes I start bouncing my left knee up and down.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 There are some right tossers on PP in L Block. Been there before me in fairness but I've learnt to block out their bullshit chat, until Burnley. Non stop talking about their bets that night (involving champions league games) constantly on their phones looking at the scores and shouting them out, as if anyone actually cares about any other score bar Leicesters (I know I don't) A few people complained about them the other night. It's the fat ****er who's the worst culprit loving the sound of his own voice. Not telling people how to support the team but surely it's much cheaper standing in the pub talking about the bets than it is paying for a ST to do so

Got a family of them near us, spend all game getting up and going to the toilet, FFS it was at least 5 times on Weds. And they dont do something logical like all go at the same time either, really starting to get annoying now!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 Do you sit on your own Stu No....??! (wooosh)

Is this in p1? if so I reckon I know who you mean. Woman near my just moans ands shouts "shoot" even when there is a crowd of players right in front of our lad with the ball. That really does my head in but the problem is it's a friend of mine!
fox in the sox Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 Isn't it strange how the people who shout and make silly comments are always sitting behind you!
Babylon Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 People around us in SK4 were jokative, polite, friendly and sympathetic to the odd obscenity which I think in the Kop is not to much to ask to be tolerated. Come back to what you know... fellow SK4 HH man.
Jimbo Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 New guy next to me might as well have his season ticket in the away end. No matter what we do it's always wrong. Always sides with the opposition. Even when we score, he jumps up and cheers and then immediately seems to get angry at the oppositions defence.
isaidno Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 They guy sitting behind me on wednesday came out with a cracker. "That Schmeichel's overated, there was nothing wrong with Chris Weale "
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 I sit next to some right moany bastard. Throughout the game grumbles on about anything and everything. Massively against NP and whatever he does 'Never wanted that twat back blah blah blah.' Just a general bellend... Sorry dad.
STEVIE B Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 Is this in p1? if so I reckon I know who you mean. No, we're in the family stand. First time for my son and I in there. We were in L1 for a couple of seasons and fancied a change.
HEGGSY Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 No, we're in the family stand. First time for my son and I in there. We were in L1 for a couple of seasons and fancied a change. P1 is the family stand mate
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 Me and my mates move to a block of seats where no one is as generally 90% of our fans are negative moaning bastards. Ah! Very interesting. 90%. That rather shows up the optimists on this site, does it not? Perhaps the 90% of our fans, who you call negative, are in actual fact, realists. Polls on this site merely reflect those who are members, and not the massive majority who are not.
Tom17LCFC Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 Generally decent, except a few blokes in front who spend the whole game chanting 'Leicester 'til I die' and then leave on 85 minutes, every single game, without fail.
Top cop Posted 21 September 2012 Posted 21 September 2012 Sit in the Keith Weller lounge section where nobody says anything cause they are all busy eating their cucumber sandwiches. The things I do for my old Dad.......crave the Kop......

Realism I can take. I've not tipped us for promotion in the last 3 seasons so I count myself in that. "Sort it out Pearson you fcuking idiot" after 4 mins of a game I find to be negative "support", not realist.
