davieG Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 A father with 35 children died after colliding with a slow-moving car as he crossed the road. Trevor Hearne was crossing near Morrisons supermarket, in Melton, when the accident happened. An inquest at Loughborough Coroner's Court yesterday heard that the collision occurred at a very low speed and that 54-year-old Mr Hearne had been drinking. The inquest heard driver George Green, 73, a Melton resident who had been an advanced driver with the police motorway patrol before working for 21 years as a driving instructor, was driving along Rutland Street when he heard a noise, at about 5.20pm on December 19. "I heard a loud bang on the windscreen and was aware some object had gone across my windscreen," said Mr Green, in a statement which was read out at the hearing. "At this point, I was travelling at no more than 5mph. "I was shaken and immediately braked to a halt and saw a man lying in the road." No witnesses saw the collision itself. Investigator Pc James Lawrence told the inquest he could not be certain which way Mr Hearne was walking across the road. Kelly Burdett was standing nearby when the collision happened. She told the court: "The car was not going fast. All I remember is seeing the gentleman in the road, and the next thing I knew he was on the ground and people were running to help. "There was a noise, but I thought the car's wing mirror had fallen off or something." The inquest heard that Mr Hearne lived in a caravan off Saxby Road, in Melton, with his wife, Ginty Taylor, with whom he had four children. He also had 31 other children with various different women. Mr Hearne drank about 30 cans of lager each day and during the post-mortem examination traces of alcohol and relaxants ketamine and propathol were found. Pathologist Dr Frances Hollingsbury told the inquest Mr Hearne's skull was broken into several pieces and there was evidence of bruising and bleeding on his brain. She said: "He had a number of external injuries that could have been caused by the impact with the car, but the most likely cause of the head injury was the impact with the ground." Mr Hearne was taken to Queen's Medical Centre, in Nottingham, where he was pronounced dead in the early hours of the following day. Coroner Robert Chapman recorded a verdict of accidental death. He said: "Mr Hearne was a man who liked to drink and had had something to drink. It was a very low-speed impact and, after Mr Hearne was brushed by the car, he fell and it's likely the fracture was caused when the back of his head hit the road surface."
THEFATBASTARD Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 His liver died three weeks later..and his bollocks still walks the streets of loughborough.
Manwell Pablo Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 How on earth do you drink 30 cans of larger in one day
Parafox Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 5 mph my arse. It's not impossible that the contact with the car pushed him over and he sustained a fatal head injury from contact with the road, particularly since he wouldn't have "braced" due to the combined effects of alcohol, ket and propathol. If they can put horses to sleep with this stuff then you're not gonna be totally alert. Incidentally, it appears ketamine shrinks your bladder irreversably... maybe he was dying for a piss.
glenny_fox Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 35 kids.. 30 cans of lager a day.. it seems such a shame to lose such a brilliant and top contributor to our society.
Parafox Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 How on earth do you drink 30 cans of larger in one day By not being in a job, start at 8am and continue till midnight. Lager for breakfast dinner and tea plus elevenses and supper.
MooseBreath Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 He must have been raking it in from child benefit. What a guy. Obviously a top shagger, loaded, and always on the piss. He was probably the king of his caravan site.

He was probably the king of his caravan site. I don't think all 35 kids lived with him in his caravan. You dont get child credit for children that dont live with you. In a caravan you don't get housing benefits. We don't know the guy but he may well be a scrote. There are alot of judgemental people on here. See my earlier post...
Manwell Pablo Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 By not being in a job, start at 8am and continue till midnight. Lager for breakfast dinner and tea plus elevenses and supper. Yes, but if I were to do that once I would wake up the next moring literally feeling half alive.
Guest MattP Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 Yes, but if I were to do that once I would wake up the next moring literally feeling half alive. Walk in The Last Plant at 7am, you'll be amazed at what society has managed to produce.
Parafox Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 Yes, but if I were to do that once I would wake up the next moring literally feeling half alive. Well there you go.. he's somewhat less than half alive now.
Houdini Logic Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 35 kids.. 30 cans of lager a day.. it seems such a shame to lose such a brilliant and top contributor to our society. How do you know he didn't work hard and then retire? And in fact - 35 kids, at least he's doing something about the nation's pension shortage!
Manwell Pablo Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 Well there you go.. he's somewhat less than half alive now. Yes but not from Liver disease he got hit by a car
Rincewind Posted 17 October 2012 Posted 17 October 2012 If he's doing 30 cans a day then some bills are not being paid and he'd have debts to equal the nations. Cheapest lager 50p a can? multiply by 30. £15 a day. My JSA would just about cover 5 days if I never ate or paid electricity, gas or phone. His missus could be doing a part time job or on the game that would bring in a few quid if she wore plenty of make up.

Would be pretty difficult to be on the game in a caravan She might be a real looker and he drank 30 cans a day to blot out the heartache of so many men bangin' her. But apparently he had more than one gorgeous concubine.
