Bizarre that Bert put sold out when it wasn't, made me try to get tickets in the home end but they've made that impossible. I've done it no probs previously at Blackpool when away end sold out. Glad I came back on here and checked these recent posts

Leicfox Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 Rang Blackpool FC to see if they're going to release more tickets for this as we were only given 1500 and he said they're waiting for the Blackpool council to make a decision. So if the work has been done on the stand and the council say it's safe we might get another 1000 tickets as the away allocation is 2500.

I'm expecting a copy of the Weekend FT, a bottle of red, and some tasty nibbles served by delightful hostesses
RowlattsFox Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 I think the exec seats are just the seats at the middle, around half way line where the press are. Really don't see why they need to be defined differently, I'll be standing in the exec area though.

The exec seats are in the away end near the press box I think like previously said above but even so you might be cut off from the main support if part of the stand is still cordoned off. Ring and try this afternoon to see if Blackpool have got back to us...if not Monday morning.

Leicfox Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 I've bitten the bullet too and gone for exec seats.. Anyone know what block these our in? I thought they were near the press box but it says on the receipt... East Stand Exec-Upper-East Stand Exec-A-1 so hoping it's at the back in block A.

Leicfox Posted 18 February 2013 Posted 18 February 2013 Barnsley & Millwall got extra tickets but I don't think it was announced until around Thursday before they played on the Saturday. Both got given around 500 extra to be bought from away ticket office on the day. First come, first served basis.
