Something about the Ryder Cup really brings out the parochialism in folks that really don't like European identity practically everywhere else.

 

But that's great! Bring it on, especially when we're tanning the arrogant Americans...:D

Fair, though I think the Ryder Cup has its own uniqueness in that regard too.

 

But it's always nice to do so, especially when they can be as egotistical as the American golfers.

Before everyone get's carried away, there's good chance Rory & Tommy will still throw this last game away.

 

Then don't be surprised to see the US come out all guns blazing this afternoon with Brookes/Wyndam & JT/Spieth winning easy.

 

Could easily be 5-3 by close of play today

Deadly serious. All depends on the result of this last game. Could still be 3-1 this morning.

 

Fourball is a completly different proposition this afternoon and 2-2 isn't out of the question.

 

Hence it could easily be 5-3 by close of play (which would still be a great day for the Europeans)
