England have had World class players over the past 7 or 8 years. Being tall, strong and having a good old fashioned English name makes you a good centre back. Handball has to be deliberate for it to be given. Safe standing is unsafe. Relegation is often a good thing in hindsight. You can be promoted or reach the play-offs on 'momentum' alone. Leicester were doomed in 2008 whoever was in charge. Ian Holloway is a 'top manager'. If it wasn't for Milan Mandaric we wouldn't have a club. Leicester are dangerous from set-pieces. Elland Road is a tough place to go and is a cauldron of noise.
