Mike Oxlong Posted 19 August 2013 Share Posted 19 August 2013 The Plantagenet Alliance will tell you he was Richard of York when, in fact, before becoming Richard III he was Richard, Duke of Gloucester. Richard of York was his father. More lies put out by these idiots. I know, but the gag doesn't work otherwise.

separator Posted 20 August 2013 Share Posted 20 August 2013 York Minster have said they don't want him buried there and have recommended he remain in Leicester. Didn't go down well with the locals back in march. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-york-north-yorkshire-21761540 The current Dean Of York used to be Dean Of Leicester so she will see us right. This Plantagenet Alliance are a bunch of chancers spouting all that crap about how he wanted to be buried in York, there's no way they could prove he wanted to be buried in York. There's so much of his history and story based in Leicester, let the old boy stay. I bet York doesn't have a Wetherspoons named after him

And as out mayor pointed out, the pissagenet alliance only came to existence, when WE found him. When high court throws out their Mickey Mouse case, we will in Leicester hear the people of crying like \a bunch of big girls

Spudulike Posted 20 August 2013 Share Posted 20 August 2013 York Minster issued a 'neutral' statement following the abuse it received and the launch of legal action. Probably on the advice of the police. Over three-quarters of their petition signatories do not have a York postcode. Many are overseas. Vanessa Roe from the Plantagenet Alliance is boasting how she's 'rattled' our Mayor's cage. https://www.facebook.com/PetitionToBringRichardIiiBackToYorkshire?fref=ts Seems they want a fight. lcfc81 Posted 21 August 2013 Share Posted 21 August 2013 I've signed and messages and emailed everyone I know to do the same. Everyone should do the same, see if we can get it up to 10,0000 by the end of the day. Also do you think if we emailed the club they'd announce the existence of the petition at a game? Spudulike Posted 21 August 2013 Share Posted 21 August 2013 I haven't got Twitter but anyone know if Vanessa Roe is on it ?? She is the one giving all the interviews who tells the world that he was Richard of York and it was his wish to be buried in York Minster (it wasn't). She's very keen on orbs and claims the reconstructed head hasn't got the Plantagenet chin (as if she would know, lmfao). Come on Leicester, lets get after them. LEAVE HIM IN LEICESTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
