z-layrex Posted 12 January 2014 Posted 12 January 2014 They've sold 3 million Ones through to consumers. That's a staggering amount and the console is a huge success so far. The fact Sony are shifting even more is totally irrelevant to MS. This is their way of getting Windows 8 into the living room. I'm not impressed with my One however, I think it's a huge step back after the 360. It will get better with updates I hope.

I'm being pushed into it early because the ps3 is broken and requires a bluray drive. Secondly the 360 is almost broken since the dvd drive is shot. So, fork out for a new ps3 or 360, or buy a ps4? Buy a ps4
Ashley Posted 14 January 2014 Posted 14 January 2014 Anyone had any problems with the transformer power back for the XBOX One? I was laying in bed last night and I heard a fan like noise going off. TV - Off. XBOX - Off. Held the power pack up it was that making a noise. Decided to do some research. Issue, either of the following. 1. XBOX ONE is in a current stand by mode - It wasn't. 2. You have a multi plug system and that has too many things plugged into it(I do have a multi plug system however only the XBOX was currently plugged in). 3. Your power pack is dangling lose(it isn't). 4. Possible power pack problem(nothing harmful it just makes that noise). This seems to be the issue for me It says on XBOX Support site to ring Microsoft and they will send a replacement one out to me.

Well it's going to set you back about 400 pound either way unless you wait for a good 2 years and i wouldn't say the graphics are a minor improvement there massive when you look at KZ forza or ryse son of rome compared to the last gen consoles and game wise there are some seriously good or promising games coming out this year for consoles Destiny,ESO,MGS,Thief and thats just the multiplats either way different strokes for different people i suppose all i know is i'm satisfied with my purchase and this years line up.

Completely agree, the whole release has seemed extremely rushed with nothing really gripping you in to make you want to buy the console.

I agree. The Xbone is rushed, no doubt about that, so much so that Sony promoted their console purely on the shambles of Microsofts E3 showing last year. That and the price difference is making a slight difference in sales figures between the two. Still, someone's buying them. Argos are now sold out once more. Need to time this just right next month

Thief Deadly Shadows was a quality game and I had the originals on PC, so I enjoy these titles a lot. Plus, a plasma screen, PS4, darkness, Thief, can't go wrong there!

By the time you've bought a game and a few peripherals, it's £500. Please continue to be immature and suggest I still play King Kong like a 5 year old if you wish however I told you about 6 times the game was bad the graphics were very good.
