Rooney's been great today. He's been our furthest man forward for almost the whole time since Sturridge went off. We're defending a 1 goal lead. I know we need an outlet but Townsend and Welbeck need to be providing them too.

It's only happened the one time when I commented on it I know but it happens all too frequently in other matches even matches were chasing a 1 nil defecit
