The Year Of The Fox Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 They didn't ruin it last year so no.
yorkie1999 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 As long as they don't play the last post, then have a minutes silence without telling anyone, which happened 2 years ago, it should be fine.
fleckneymike Posted 8 November 2013 Author Posted 8 November 2013 As long as they don't play the last post, then have a minutes silence without telling anyone, which happened 2 years ago, it should be fine. But they did. They did last year too and even put it on the TV screens but still we ****ed it up
yorkie1999 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 But they did. They did last year too and even put it on the TV screens but still we ****ed it up Did they, i must have forgot. But it was a couple of years ago when the fans in the corner all started shouting willy puller and stuff.
Leicester Lass Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I did bring this up in the FCC meeting, and as far as I know it's going to be last post only, no minute silence after. Even if that is the case I have no confidence in the silence being adhered to though.
fleckneymike Posted 8 November 2013 Author Posted 8 November 2013 silence, last post, applause piss up brewery Except it is supposed to be last post, 2 mins silence, reveille.

ADK Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I'm sure whatever happens, both sides will accuse the others of being disrespectful whilst not really giving a shit about remembrance anyway.
Bert Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 It'll be Leicester fans moaning about Forest not showing respect, whilst not realising that they're doing exactly the same thing.
Zaid Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 forest fans will start saying stuff and like everyones been saying both blame each other
Jakemoore Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 The problem is, some dickhead will shout and then 20 people will tell him to shut up and suddenly the whole stadium is in uproar! Hopefully tomorrow, the plan will be explained fully and then everyone will shut it!

Weller in Tights Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 It always it explained fully, but some idiots just never listen. They tend to explain it far too early before a few thousand are still actually in the ground or in their seats. But still no excuse really, people should follow the lead of the vast majority that do know what's going on.
Fox92 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Anybody that disrupts the minute silence for real heroes are absolute lowlife idiots, and I'm counting both sets of fans when I say that. There should not be any 'excuse'. These people represented, and fought, for our Country and deserve the upmost 100% respect. Absolute legends.
5waller5 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 It disappoints me every time a silence isn't respected .... just goes to prove that there are some real low-lives that follow football. Let's just hope they manage a bit of courtesy this weekend.
Lionator Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Alcohol. No sober person shouts out during a minute silence for Remembrance day.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 9 November 2013 Posted 9 November 2013 My opinion is that these sort of ceremonies do not belong in the sporting arena, there are already services/ceremonies arranged for remeberance That being said, there really is no excuse for ignorance
