Father Ted Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 I'd go with: Schmeichel Wasilewski Morgan Miquel Konchesky Knockaert James Drinkwater Dyer Vardy Nugent Subs: Logan, Moore, Schlupp, King, Hammond, Wood, GTF. Would be very tempted to start Wood against Millwall after the history there but don't want the Nugent lovers to jump on me if I was to drop Nugent after his two goals at Ipswich. I think we need to work on a central defensive partnership of Morgan - Miquel, quite frankly, Wes just can't play on the left side of defence and leaves us very vulnerable. Miquel brings that balance. Squeeze Wasyl to right back and give Moore a little rest. King also needs a rest, he already looks knackered so James in for him. Knockaert must start.
ousefox Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 My cousin has told me we have Andy Haines reffing this. Reffed the 3-3 away with boro - the worst refereeing performance I have ever seen in my life (didn't see the Gavin Ward game). Also had him for Palace last year and he was shite.

He was horrific in both of those games that you mentioned.
Unabomber Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 I'd probably go with the same team, initially I thought it would be better to keep Moore at rb and Wasyl at cb but I think Miquel deserves a start.
Harry - LCFC Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Why the would you start Nugent? Bloke's fvcking shit.
Wilson_6 Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Think i would have to stick with 433: Schmeichel Wasilewski Morgan Miquel Konchesky Hammond James Drinkwater Vardy Nugent Dyer Don't think it would hurt to drop Andy King to the bench for this one. Hi is a brilliant player but has played a lot recently! If it doesn't work can always bring King and Knockeart on to change the match!
Dan Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 No excuses. These are utter shit and have been for years. 3-1 win.
Father Ted Posted 27 November 2013 Author Posted 27 November 2013 Why the would you start Nugent? Bloke's fvcking shit. In the hope that he might finally kick on after scoring 2 goals from open play in one match!

He was awful that day I remember. I think we're about due a ref screwing us over with a big decision. We've had about thirty seasons worth of luck so far.

Don't worry about it, he's my mate. Same team as Ted for me but one change with Moore over Miquel. Time for King to take a bit of rest. A game we have been winning all season and one we should win on Saturday. Schmeichel Moore Wasilewski Morgan Konchesky Knockaert James Drinkwater Dyer Vardy Nugent Some bad memories to banish from this fixture in recent times.
Wilson_6 Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 We won at the weekend with out Knockeart. Would see how well we start with out him again this week. he is the sort of player who would have an impact as a sub any way!

Harry - LCFC Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 In the hope that he might finally kick on after scoring 2 goals from open play in one match! Yeah I hope he gets himself going now. I also think he hasn't been that great this season, just wanted to make a little nod to your earlier comments.
Dan Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 We were robbed disgustingly at Charlton though. We were shit at Charlton and if anything better with 10. Worst performance of the season so far. In thirty years of luck, I was referring to the fact we've actually been given blatant penalties this year. That should do us for a while.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 I would also play 4-4-2 with James in for King. Think they'll come for a draw and it will be exactly what they get.
Corky Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 They have been poor away, average sides like Birmingham and Bournemouth have netted four and five against them.
LCFC FOX Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Kasper Moore Morgan Miquel Koncheskey Knockaert James Drinkwater Dyer Nugent Vardy Logan, Schlupp, Wasyl, Hammond, King, Taylor-Fletcher, Wood
The Horse's Mouth Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 That team looks good, switch out Nugent for Wood and you're good to go
Dan Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Schmeichel Morgan Moore - King - Hammond - Drinkwater - Schlupp Knockaert - Nugent - Wood - Vardy FLAIR.
foxfanazer Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Should be winning this one comfortably but this is the championship and there is usely at least 1 surprising result every week. Hopefully it's not going to be us! Would go with something similar to the op's team although I wouldn't begrudge Nige going with 3 central midfielders. Should be looking to keep a clean sheet in this one! Looking forward to it as my friend (a Millwall fan) is comig with me. Be nice to shut her up with a 4-0 win
Guest MattP Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Schmeichel Morgan Moore - King - Hammond - Drinkwater - Schlupp Knockaert - Nugent - Wood - Vardy FLAIR. Start that against Man City just to see the look on the Sky Sports pundit's faces.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 SCHMEICHEL MOORE MORGAN WASILE KONCHESKY KNOCKAERT JAMES DRINKWATER DYER NUGENT VARDY
The Horse's Mouth Posted 27 November 2013 Posted 27 November 2013 Schmeichel Morgan Moore - King - Hammond - Drinkwater - Schlupp Knockaert - Nugent - Wood - Vardy FLAIR. No Matty James?
