Buzzell Posted 12 February 2014 Posted 12 February 2014 Wasyl to snap Simon Cox in half. Cmon. Re-tweet
leicesterisme Posted 12 February 2014 Posted 12 February 2014 Don't know why people are worried about Wasyl's lack of pace, dont they play Henderson or Halford up front, they're hardly sprinters themselves. Think Nige will pick Wasyl, bit too soon for Moore I'd guess.
MattGamble92 Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Disagreed strongly with Alan Young saying Moore walks back in the side. I'm in a minority when i say Moore still doesnt fill me with 100% confidence. I just think that he is sometimes caught out positionally and the inexperience can show, i think we can be slightly guilty of praising him too highly because he's "one of us", that Arsenal fan from loughborough . That said i am being picky because i think he has been better than Morgan this season. I just don't think Wasyl has done anything to suggest he is worth dropping for a young lad who is lacking match fitness. Bring him back when he is ready.

Bring him back when he is ready. No doubt he isn't the finished article yet buti think he's very good and will benefit hugely from the more game time he gets. I think there is a level of he can do no wtong because he's one of our own but he has also stepped up massively this season
Leicester_Numan Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Is that Paterson for Forest a striker?Winger, playing down the left at the moment so he'll be up against De Laet
foxfanazer Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Winger, playing down the left at the moment so he'll be up against De LaetSeems to be scoring a few so De Laet will need to be on his game. I do think Moore gives better cover for the full backs than Was due to his pace
davieG Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 We should tell Billy red face to piss off he can't have either of them.
kingcarr21 Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Think best to stick with was for forest game. He not really put a foot wrong and the unbeaten run has continued without moore so no need to change. Think it will be a major risk playing moore who wont be 100% match fit. I reckon moore would be more of a liability than Was. Maybe give moore some game time as a sub after the forest game to get him match fit
MPH Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Do we know for sure Moore is back or are we basing all this on the estimated time of 'at least 3 weeks' when he got injured?
Richard Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Are they still playing Halford up top? Wasyl if so
sylofox Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Do we know for sure Moore is back or are we basing all this on the estimated time of 'at least 3 weeks' when he got injured? Was just going to ask is he even back in full training yet?
Dan Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Wasyl to snap Simon Cox in half. Cmon. He'd probably still manage to score past us even with a snapped leg
MrSpaM Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Was just going to ask is he even back in full training yet? Yep, tweeted the other day he'll be back in the squad for the Forest game. Whether this is just wishful thinking on his part though I have no idea. Posted this earlier as well Liam Moore â€@liammoore93 2 hrs Good to be back training Interesting that Schlupp is buying a house In Leicester with his Mrs now as well reading through Liams tweets, might mean he's signing a new contract?
Fridge lcfc Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 As much as I would like to see moore back in the squad, a tough game like this isn't the right game to reintroduce a centre back after injury unless he is 100% fit. I wouldn't risk it personally and would be happy and satisfied with Wasyl in at centre back.
Guest Col city fan Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 If Moore is back fit I'd go for Moore every time.
Leicester_Numan Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 According to Birch, Moore came through the U21s game with no problems so it looks like he'll be fit
RedHux Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 The last couple of games has seen Rafik Djebbour play up front and whilst making some great runs he's yet to be found by anything remotely like a killer pass. Previous to that we played Cox up front and that has given us the best yield of goals. He doesn't really play as a centreforward, more the kind of forward who runs and runs all over the shop bringing others into play. Although he has chipped in with a couple of goals recently. Also, whilst Jamie Paterson is a winger, we don't play him there. He plays as one of a three playing behind the striker. They swap around all the time so tend to pop up anywhere in the final third.
Guest MattP Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 If fully fit Moore. Wasyl is more than ok though as back up, although I'd like to see someone have a quiet word in his ear this time. Last time agaisnt Forest he was a walking red card for the first 25 mins. We cant afford that in an atmosphere where the ref could be influenced and favour the home crowd.

Wasyl rarely gets red cards and he is no idiot.
Fox92 Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Moore. Obviously depends if he's fit, I know we won't want to rush him and potentially cause another injury.
Mark_from_USA Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Was, but pull him out for Moore if he sees yellow.
Dickov22 Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Moore 100%. I'm not bothered about players being upset about being left out, and I doubt Pearson is either. Play your best side. If Moore's fit, he should play. He's better than Wasilewski.
