fuchsntf Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Greatest legend? There's so many but Arthur Chandler, Graham Cross, Peter Shilton, Gary Lineker, Sep Smith and Davie Gibson would be right up there among the contenders. Cross played in a less glorious position than some of the others but really gave his heart and soul for the club every time I watched him - and he was some player, as well as being a county cricketer. Even on the heavyiest pitches, Cross was action-man personified. Plus he Cross, was a true loyal servant holds club record, for most appearances.
fuchsntf Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Are you this guy? http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/Face-goal-floodlight-failure-Foxes-farces/story-20372835-detail/story.html No just a nice loving guy and crazy fan
Mark_w Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Martin O'Neill. Hoping that Pearson can surpass him in the next 5-10 years though.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Steve Walsh, statue should be of him celebrating against Derby.

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 K.Weller...G.Cross..G.Banks...P.Shilton...M.Wallington...S.Walsh...F.Mcklintock...Rowley...I.King....sep.Smith.... and not forgetting..Davie Gibson. For loyalty, whos injuries stopped him becoming a top International > Ramsy's and Mercer's words<....M.Stringfellow. Legends, like any club we have a plenty, every fan from 10-100 yrs could take the above, and replace them with their own. 100k fans.... 100k opinions. Could I add Lenny Glover, S.Whitworth and I Didnt put G.Lineker Oh yes, you've got them well and truly nailed. Well done.
AKCJ Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 I just love Walshy. Who cares that he got sent off every week? Who cares that he wasn't the best? He was Leicester through and through and he'd die for the club. He's always been my idol.
LAprice_ Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 What current players can potentially earn 'legendary' status? King and Dyer are stand-outs for me in that respect.
dedlock Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Don't forget the B side of 'This the season for Leicester'!
