Foxes_Trust Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Spoke with the Head of Ticket Sales last week, direct debit payment online should be available in about a weeks time, more useful for existing ST's than new ones (it was originally planned to be available ready for when ST's went on sale)

The girl in the ticket office told me the dd would automatically continue next season. She didn't explicitly say the season ticket would renew but I imagine this is what they are aiming for

stripeyfox Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 Although the DD online question had been asked (and answered) a lot, it does seem very crap that the option is not available. The option to spread payments over the year with no interest and no credit agreement is a brilliant deal especially for some of the younger fans. There doesn't seem be a good reason why it shouldn't be available online.

The issue is that the club can easily set up the agreement by someone in the ticket office writing down your bank account number and sort code and taking a deposit. Surely it is not beyond the realms of possibility for the website to handle this basic information
