Been shit for a while now though, soft underbelly dropping points galore
A few looking at getting over for the playoff games if possible. Working on hooking the games up here to stream.

Isnt it a local derby?

Local but not a derby.

Derbies are Schalke and Dortmund. Plus Wattenschied but that is a thing of the past now.

Bielefeld is a heated fixture for historical reasons and an ultras conflict.

Koln and Dusseldorf would be like us against Villa.

Could you expand on this?

Big important games historically. A Bochum legend also gave Bielefeld fans the finger in a game and a heated post match interview that stoked it.

The ultras thing as far as I know is over some actions Bochum did around 12/13 time at the away fixture. Also lots of tit of tat banners at each group over each others perceived style.

Bochum fans sing "Kühe! Schweine! Bielefeld!"

It'd be like us singing "Cows! Pigs! Norwich!", if we hated Norwich.

There's none of this "oh, we can only have one rival and don't care about you" pretence nonsense over there. If you're within 100km and the context is right, then you'll consider any team local rivals for a day.

Remember years ago I think it was Gary Newbon, when Borussia Dortmund played Borussia Munchengladbach and he called it the Borussia local derby.😃

Fvcking crap performance. Everything they deserve for the last few weeks though.

Prospect of Hamburg and Hertha Berlin away next season though, if anyone's interested...

Schalke a big derby for Bochum too. Will take on more significance for both while neither are playing Dortmund.

Absolute disaster, as if getting dragged into this in the very last minute of the season wasn't bad enough.

Still, relegation should mean big group trips are back on the cards after not being able to get enough tickets whilst they were in the top division.

True, a few big games for northern clubs in the division. No love lost between Hanover and Braunschweig either. Lived not far from Hanover for a while, great city for a weekend on the beer with a game at the Niedersachsenstadion thrown in.

Hugely underrated derby, that is. Always some mad hi-jinx there.

Ridiculous end to what was at one point looking somewhat comfortable.

A perfect partnership for us then

Well there's a couple of Bundesliga 2 grounds I fancy

I fancy trips to Karlsruhe and Fürth. Hertha the obvious one for as many tickets as you want.

HSV always a great boozy one in Hamburg.

Schalke at home a stand out.
