Foxes Trust Urges Owners to Reject Overseas League Game Proposal

Haha. That is such utter bollocks. I'm struggling to comprehend how to reply to such drivel - not that there's any point making an effort as you'll just reply with some more utter dross completely ignoring everything I've just said.

Good luck to you though. Maybe the more inane drivel you spout the closer we'll be to your goal of having a completely soulless crock of shite.

How about you write drivel a few more times in your post, I didn't get the message.. As I said stay in your naive local Leicester bubble, there is a whole world out there, why not go and see some of it...

Weird that you can't answer the question.

Erm, you know that you didn't answer my question, and in my question the answer to yours was implicit.

But if you want it spelling out, football is not a completely level playing field, but the league format, which the league controls is, 19 home games, 19 away.

So I will try again. Actually fvck it, I can't be arsed, I have better things to do than argue with a moron, nothing good can come from it.

I can't help thinking that this is just about money. Any team that plays their 'home' game away from their stadium will be at a disadvantage. For most teams that will be significant - a couple of points may be the difference between qualifying for Europe or not, or avoiding relegation or not. So I'm not in favour.

I appreciate that sports are worldwide phenomena, but if I like Aussie Rules football I expect to have to watch matches on TV, I don't expect the teams to come here to play. I'm sure that many PL clubs have fans around the world, you can only please a minority by arranging for a PL game to be played in one country outside the UK.

The status quo is serving us well at present, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

They said that about a wooden wheel.

So just because they weren't born in Leicester it makes them less of a fan? What about expats that have moved abroad? Your post is naive at best super fan. If they support LCFC it's "US" regardless of nationality, not "them".

You really are naive, way too many holes in your "proud to be English" stance. I doubt you have ventured to asia to understand levels of support. How do you know folk haven't been supporting LCFC for 50 years in China? You clearly don't.

lol lol

Surely a wind up? No one can actually be this stupid?

Yeah I'm sure when I step off the plane in Kazakhstan there'll be LCFC graffiti all over the airport

Please enlighten me on your vast knowledge of overseas support. Ahh are you naive as well... Bless

Again, you go to extremes for some reason or another. So have you been to Asia or is your argument based on hear say?,

Some of the comments on this thread are absolutely astonishing.

Firstly, the Foxes Trust are that group that saved the club from liquidation. You'd think that would earn them a more respectful tone.

Secondly, it's either release these statements or do nothing. Let's be fair - the club haven't shown an interest in this idea yet, so offering our opinion is all we can do at this point. There's no point protesting to our club about something they haven't declared an interest in.

Then, it seems some people actually support the idea?! Are you having a fvcking laugh?

The funny thing is you harp on about how little I supposedly know - you know absolutely **** all about me. How do you know there are Asians more passionate about Leicester than me? You might have seen them, but you haven't seen me.

Quite ironic considering all the crap you were talking about double standards.

Ok, give it a rest now mate. I'm starting to get a bit embarrassed that I took you seriously at first.

Some fans will support absolutely anything if it means more money for the club. Staggering.

Haven't I? I read your posts Daniel, I know you want to keep Leicester in Leicester at all costs. The game has moved on, you haven't.

Sorry and who might you be? Enough room on that bandwagon...

Moved on? Not yet it hasn't.

'Leicester City' Football Club.

A football club of the City.

Some fans will support absolutely anything if it means more money for the club. Staggering.

So you want Leicester to stagnate do you? Or do you dream of winning the prem or an FA cup? We won't win anything by opting out.

The foxes trust, a group of fans getting together to attempt to help the club in it's hour of need. They, or should I say we, played a part, but we didn't save the club by ourselves. We all raised about £150k for the cause, way more than that was needed.

The VAST majority of people who joined the trust to help the club now have nothing to do with it as far as I know. That's why I asked how many paying members they currently have, I'd just like to know how many people are members of an organisation that says it represents the fans.

It could be 20 people for all I know.

You said there are people in Asia more passionate about Leicester than me. You cannot prove that statement. You are therefore making assumptions - something you criticised me for and you are therefore showing double standards - something you've criticised everyone in this thread for.

If the game moving on is taking clubs away from their local cities then it's something I've absolutely no interest in being a part of.
