Mike the Metal Ed Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Our 11-12 run, especially beating Forest 4-0 and the Norwich game.
Thommo Posted 2 January 2015 Author Posted 2 January 2015 Can remember sitting in the family stand with my lad...great atmosphere ....to be fair the spurs lot were loud until we scored the WINNER SHHHHHHHHHHH....
Gary Eatfood Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Beating Arsenal on pens in 2000. Pegguy, Pegguy....
The Year Of The Fox Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Beating Arsenal on pens in 2000. Pegguy, Pegguy.... Dad took me to this. Think we were in the cow shed. Norwich away or Spurs at home for me
Gary Eatfood Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Dad took me to this. Think we were in the cow shed. Norwich away or Spurs at home for me I love Savage's clearance off the line from Suker. It was a remarkable backs to the wall performance that left Wenger genuinely perplexed as to why his team hadn't managed to score against us in 210 minutes of football. I was just as perplexed in the Spurs game as to how Mark de Vries had managed to score, he really was awful!
Thommo Posted 2 January 2015 Author Posted 2 January 2015 Just goes to show that every dog has his day..
Voll Blau Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Swansea at home. N'Guessan winner. Nowt particularly special about it, I just had a great day.

melrose Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Roy Essandoh Why would a city fan say that even in jest?
Gary Eatfood Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Astonishing triple saves by Flowers and Savage weren't they! Unreal, so many heroes that night. Tim Flowers is still the best keeper I've seen play for City.
Bilo Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Yeah, the 11-12 run was up there. The cup run really enlivened what was a poor season otherwise.
AndWhat? Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Reading and Charlton away in 2005? Won both 2-1 with 2 last minute headers! Obviously Spurs home as well.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Meagre pickings when it comes to remembering favourite FA cup memories for us, not really been our competion over the years, for me, even though we lost it had to be Joachims goal away at Barnsley, fantastic!
