Worst substitution ever

Just can't believe he dropped Albrighton in the first place

Got to say, I do agree, Albrighton was decent enough last week and created a few chances. He does lack strength though which someone else mentioned in another thread earlier.

The biggest groan I heard was for the surreal Taylor era substitution, "Replacing Roberto Mancini......Ade Akinbiyi", the equivalent of Lewis Hamilton driving his Mercedes into the pit lane and re-emerging on a milk float.

When we're winning maybe make that type of substitution but when we're chasing the game and need a goal and we bring on our most physical player in the air who's out best header why do we not out on our best crosser of the ball Albrighton! I appreciate that Lawrence might be one for the future but I think it's a too big jump too soon Also fell for kramaric, he was subbed just at the wrong time where Stoke scored and shut us out immediately so he couldn't get any real chance to run at the Stoke defence

Lacks strength? Knocky is HUGE and a beast!

Albrighton wasn't even that great against the Villa. He's all about effort, very limited though in terms of ability. Just committed loads of stupid fouls. Knockaert had a much better game than he did.

I do find it funny that Pearson has been battered all year for the "pointless" signing of Albrighton, and now he's not brought on in one game it's an outrage.

I'd have brought him on myself but I do think people are going way over the top about it.
