Well here is my take on the sorry excuse called players.

Fulop 5 1 good save but poor kicking and let the ball through his hands.

mattock 4 caught out by their no.11 time and time again. Showed a worrying lack of pace. poor going forward and poor crosses.

kisnorbo 3 at fault for their goal and his long range hoofing was worse than normal.

n'gotty 5 generally ok but nothing special.

mccauley 3 very poor. distribution woeful. How many times can one player hoof the ball down the line to no one?

stearman 3.5 poor again. time to be replaced by chambers?

clemence 1 supposed to be captain but offered no leadership no ball winning capabilites and no attacking potential.

kenton 3 tried some of the time but never bothered to track back. On one occassion he simply sauntered along at snail pace with his back to clemence who was waiting to take a throw in. why is he taking set pieces? not a midfielder.

fryatt 2 Wasn't clear to me where he was supposed to be playing and don't think he knew either. his lack of any sort of pace is a major problem.

cort 2 very very poor.

DJ 1.5 I've seen some terrible strikers over the years at Leicester but this guy is one of the very worst. Appears to put in little effort and really offers nothing. At the moment a complete waste of money. A worse but than Akinbiyi!

hume 5 flattered to deceive

john 3 totally anonymous

weso 4 ok ish

management 0 the post match interview said it all. the only plan was to shove on a load of strikers and see what happens. We need a manager by monday and in january we need to clear out a lot of players for if the reserves/squad players are not better than the sorry excuse for pro footballers who turned out today then relegation is a serious possibility.

I thought your coat provided the highlight of the day dags.

Apart from the parade at half-time, yes... ;)

I stood up at half-time and clapped continuously until every service person had passed.

And afterwards I reflected that those people probably risked their lives for less in a year than Leicester City players got paid in a week.

My father was lucky. He came back from the war. But he never mentioned the whole experience until the day he died.

Our footballers couldn't even be bothered to work up a proper sweat.

They shamed themselves. They shamed our club and they shamed those soldiers.

Marks? You've got to be joking.

Felt sorry for Kenton, he was our best outfield player before being subbed. Fryatt and DJ ran their little socks off for nothing; the three subs had a bit of puff but never looked like doing anything.. Everyone else should hang their heads in shame.

Truly abject performance. Easily the worst I've seen in a long time.

I'm listing it as 5-3-2 cause in effect that's what we played, none of this wing-back bollocks

Kenton was the only player to come out of that game with any credit.

Kisnorbo was at fault for the goal - he was turned so easily by an average striker. That shows you in a nutshell why he isn't anything better than Championship level.

Stearman continues to play like a c unt - how he's been a first team regular since Kelly is baffling.

On that performance nobody could but asking who would you prefer at left back between Sheehan and Mattock is like asking whether you'd prefer to be stabbed in the arse by a sword or a bayonet.

Neither option particularly appeals.

Sheehan was my joint MoM with King. Both get lucky 7's for missing that lot! :D

Kisnorbo should've dealt with Andy Gray but he let him turn and score quite easily. He's usually solid and I was expecting him to tackle Gray and take him and the ball and the first 3 rows of the stand out at the same time. But he let him ****ing turn on him and score.

i didn't think stearman was that bad.

Shoot the man :P

couldn't be there yesterday, which sounds like I did well. I did watch the Sheff Utd horror show a couple of weeks ago.

Any poor souls who watched both, which was poorest?

The Burnley game, without a doubt. :(

I was trying to give the lad the benefit of the doubt, but on reflection:

I'm not sure Stearman was worse than anyone else and it was certainly true that he was getting stick even when he did something useful.

The problem is that he's had a run of games now where his passing has been shoddy, he's made very little happen as a wing back and there has been little to lift his player rating above the mediocre except the odd clearance or interception which tends to be taken for granted.

Kisnorbo was quite possibly the worst defender yesterday - certainly at fault for the goal - but Kissa's had a run of mainly effective games and, quite rightly, no-one's going to put yesterday down as anything more than but a bad day at work.

Mattock's indifference was understandable being his first game back for so long and then probably sooner than the club would have wanted but with Stearman there wasn't much excuse and, unlike Sheehan, he's not built up any insurance or credibility through at least doing some things well and having some positive effect.

I remember when Stearman scored his goal at Sheffield Wednesday a couple of season's back. It was a close range overhead kick and Stearman was only yards from goal. He was always turning up there - at least until he scored or we scored and the management sent him scurrying back into his shell.

Now he so rarely gets there and when he does it's not with the threat he used to have. Whether a break would recharge his batteries I don't know. I'd rather see him at centre-back anyway but I don't see that happening. Whatever I think it's time James Chambers was given chance to show if he can do any better.

The whole system wasn’t working, they played liked a pub team. It was route 1 every time we had the ball and it failed miserably. The ever so predictable punt forward from Fulop to Cort everytime we had possession was pathetic. What a lame excuse of football team this group of players is. I think Burrows and Tags’s performance as manager/coach’s yesterday was laughable.

We've seen some dreadful football over the years but that probably has to be the worst.

I think the word " scapegoat " springs to mind considering how poor Fryatt, Stearman and John in particular were today

Agreed, so many players were poor they don't get booed.
