Feel like Chargers have an underrated chance at a run under Harbaugh. Think as it stands they'd be away at Pittsburgh in the first round which is eminently winnable, then possibly at Denver who they've already beaten or New England, both of whom feel like they could underwhelm in the playoffs.

I was the same at 31. Then suddenly at 37 it was like a switch flicked and I and suddenly decided I needed to settle down and have a kid. So I developed a wacky theory that the age of your mum when you're conceived is when you suddenly get the urge to start your own family, which I'm sticking to despite loads of anecdotal evidence to the contrary.

@Chris_OGrady I've been informed the leopard, the kings head and the plasterers arms are all very good, and all close to each other.

Norwich is one of the places in Norfolk I know the least. I'd add the Adam and Eve for historic value but haven't been there for years. I've heard good things about the White Lion. No idea about places to eat unfortunately. If you're in Norfolk you need to do church art and architecture, we have some of the best in Europe. The cathedral obviously but also St Peter Mancroft has some of the best of the medieval Norwich School of stained glass. St Peter Hungate also has great stained glass. The area north and south of Norwich has possibly the highest concentration of complete medieval churches in the world. In May it'll be lovely.

He's awful but I don't think I've sympathised with a crap manager more than I do now.

To think yesterday I bought a half season international pass to watch this shit. A little pre Christmas treat.
-
Struggling to remember a worse half. Bolton 2001? Villa 2004?

Wow

I am so confused by this statement

There are very few players more talented than him that have played in England.

Agree, but it is disgusting though

Knowing Bulgaria well there is a major issue with domestic abuse that doesn't get reported, but still I feel far more comfortable with my girlfriend walking round Sofia alone than any English city
-
Yeah probably true. I've observed a similar development in some Eastern European countries. Seems to be particularly bad in England though, I think we have one of the highest rates of sexual assault in Europe?

He's French, he doesn't recognize Cumberland as English

Brits like to lump in Western Europe when talking about British social problems but it's a very large and diverse area, I'm not sure how appropriate it is here. Why do you think they are "cooked" in this context?
-
Agree, she was a strong proponent of the European single market and removal of trade barriers between European countries. We could do with that kind of economic pragmatism now instead of this ideological anti free trade Labour party.

Not mentally. I still feel like I've just graduated secondary school. Physically I think I look younger than I am and (humblebrag alert) I was still getting asked for ID in shops until about 3-4 years ago. But having a baby this year has me feeling my age more.

Kings Arms on Roupell Street is a beautiful pub. Bit expensive and the ale is hit and miss but it is very aesthetically pleasing and with a vibrant atmosphere.
-
He is potentially a very good manager let down by what seems like a genuine personality disorder.
-
**** me is there any phrase worse in the English language now than "hits different"

@The Blur Lord John Russell can be quite cozy and plays old pop songs which appeals to my sensibility but not everyone. You could bond over 90s classics. Plus you could go to Judd opposite before hand and stroll in with some Zweig novel or something similar under your arm, which I can tell you from experience never fails.

It's one of those phrases, like 'EUSSR' or 'LibLabCon' that take me back to when Leicester were good.
