I dread the Harrison Ford treatment – see Indiana Jones 5. Indy becomes a wreck and a woman girl boss (in the shape of a highly annoying Phoebe Waller-Bridge) needs to save the day. It was a very bad movie and deservedly flopped at the box office. I'm sick and tired of the lack of original ideas within Hollywood. In hindsight and up until about 2010/2015, we as a movie audience were spoiled with new ideas, concepts, actors at their peak or just hitting it – and daring directors. Today, it's just one big slush of sequels and superhero CGI fests. Just seen Guillermo Del Toro‘s Frankenstein. Beautifully shot, captures Shelley‘s drama perfectly. Only downsides: The length (150 minutes), the early, early flashbacks at the beginning – and I didn‘t like the actress portraying Elizabeth (Mia Goth; a bit stiff). Also, Frankenstein‘s monster should‘ve been more like… an actual monster. There‘s a bit of body horror, but it is handled tastefully. 7/10

Should he still be at the club comes Norwich away, that'll be his final chance to prove that he can implement his "tactics" on the pitch. Even if he should win, I think he's lost most of the goodwill given. To me, for the first 14 league matches, he's come across as a fraud, a rather big disappointment. We're not Manchester City, Barcelona or Bayern, where a rotation doesn't result in a drop in performance. Simply not the right fit. This also reflects badly on the club management. Selection of managers in the past 12+ months has been nothing but shocking. It reeks of incompetence on all levels.

Can somebody explain to me what his tactics are, because so far, I have failed to detect any. Guy just shows up with a "manager" tag on his club attire, sits or stands in the dugout and gets paid handsomely to play bland football. Cifuentes is bereft of any personality and/or clue, and it shows on the pitch. He doesn't want to be here. And we desperately need a manager that can instill confidence.

This manager's seat is a poisoned chalice. We need a proper clear-out, a fresh start that deserves the name. Majority of these players do not identify with the club. Bunch of mercenaries, selfish players and has-beens. Apart from a few, they don't deserve to wear this shirt. There's no pride, no passion, no desire. Buck stops with the manager, and Marti's got to go. 14 matches into the season, and I still don't know what his tactics are. Inexistent? Just play it forward and have the wingers do something. 1 win in 10. Utterly poor form. Might as well play without "strikers", they're that bad.
